I could not get through to AAA and have been increasingly unhappy with the extremely long wait times EVERY TIME getting worse every year. I called Mermaid and they were very nice and said that they would get to me the soonest 1/2 hour and the longest 1 1/2 hours. They said they'd call 10-15 min before coming. They came EARLY!
