For one they where talking about the coolant and than the electric fans saying they are blowing hard because it has not not good coolant when that's quite literally NOT what's going on the truck never over heats sits below operating temp the FAN IS LOUD BECAUSE THE ACCESORY FAN IS ON BECAUSE OF THE AC BEING TOGGLED ON so yeah just really annoying they are oil changes not real mechanics please stick to changing oil and recommending things not trying to act a weird way towards customers when you're QUITE LITERALLY WRONG oil change is good though

I Informed him that I had a flat tire and without any hesitation. He came over and remove the flat tire and put the spare one on. He then proceeded to take it a step further and check to see if there was any availability for me to get my actual tire fixed today Mind you it was right before closing Time. He said Yes !! I followed him to his place of employment location and He Fix the tire for me himself, put my spare back in my trunk and walked me To my car . He ended this Amazing experience by taking the time to pray for me . Wow !!! I can't express to You , how grateful I was for David 's helping hands and kind words. What. But they have gotten very careless, admittedly leaving a tool in my tire well which was discovered while supposedly repairing a coolant leak due to the radiator. 3 days later a worse coolant leak and now it's supposedly the water pump. $3000 later, my car is not leaking but they failed to put the motor cover on and just left it in my trunk. This is not the professional service of the past and the response was so dismissive that it's disappointing.

I took my car to Bennett's Auto Care primarily to find out if I needed a tune-up. Scott Bennett did…read morea thorough job going through my car and made several recommendations, including two new tires, replacing the windshield wiper device, and a couple of other things; I did NOT need a tune-up! All of the services suggested would have been over $900, which I was unable to do at the time. So Scott explained the most important things to get fixed, which he did do, and also suggested I shop around for the tires since I needed to go with the most affordable available. Aside from the fact that Scott's work is excellent, I am most impressed with his honesty and integrity! At no time did he try to sell me anything that I didn't need, or pressure me into getting work done that could wait. He could easily have told me I needed an expensive tune-up, and I would have believed him. But he did not. Auto mechanics are a dime a dozen, and we all know one or two of them. Many of them will take blatant and unscrupulous advantage of their customers' lack of knowledge. However, fair, decent and ethical mechanics are not easily found. I cannot recommend Bennett's Auto Care highly enough! Based on my experience, I can assure you that your service will be done excellently, and with integrity and honesty.

They told me to tell them the next time I come in for oil change and they can give me the tire rotation.
