From the very beginning, Anthony's went above and beyond to complete requested service, save me money, and were very easy to deal with. I asked them to handle installation of a hood, diagnose an oil pooling issue with engine, and a few other things. They are passionate enthusiasts who are communicative, thorough, and honest. I had an issue with the hood being damaged during shipping, and they were extremely accommodating. I am very pleased with my experience and will be working with them for a long time.

For example, my brakes were squeaking and I asked them to look into it. They said my breaks were still at a 30% and wouldn't recommend changing just yet. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

The electric system in my Toyota Avalon went dead. The AAA roadside service replaced the battery…read morefor $200 but it still would not start. Then AAA dropped it off to Christian Brothers in Valrico, Florida. They tested it and said it needed a new Starter Switch and new Alternator and they charged $2093. Then they said the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced for $1300. So I drove it to the Auto Clinic of Brandon who told us they get so many people who have had similar problems with the "Christian Brothers". Auto Clinic of Brandon said that the "Christian Brothers" CHARGE HIGHER PRICES THAN A DEALERSHIP!!! Plus, who knows if I really needed as many repairs to fix the electric as they say I needed. Maybe it was just the electric switch and I didn't need a new alternator. I trust Auto Clinic of Brandon. They are the most honest repair shop in town! SO DON'T BELIEVE THE OTHER FIVE STAR RATINGS, THEY MAY BE FALSE.

Stan and the crew there are the best, have had 4 cars serviced there, domestic and import. Would not go any place else. What I love about these guys is they are straight with you about what needs to be fixed, unlike the service departments at a lot of dealerships. If there is a repair that doesn't need to be fixed today, they will tell you that. If you have a problem that is still driveable, they will tell you how long you can drive with the problem before it gets really bad. Their prices are really reasonable. The people who have downvoted this place probably expected a whole lot for next to nothing.

The mechanics apparently forgot how big their bays are because they backed the Big Bosses truck out without folding in his mirrors. This incident happened on 12/12/21, today is 2/21/22 and they have not reimbursed him for his $1400.00 mirror. The whole situation has been a joke and a horrible way to conduct a business. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs unless you want a headache on your hands if they happen to break something on your vehicle. 3 months later and not as much as a phone call to make things right. For myself, I've lived in the Tampa area on and off but have taken all of my recent vehicles here for anything from oil changes to AC replacement to brake work etc. The only time I go to the dealership at this point is to utilize the car warranty. Otherwise I've had two instances (AC replacement and transmission) where I got 3 local quotes (incl Sears and a local AC/Transmission shop) where Love's Goodyear beat them all in pricing.
