I can't say enough good things about this business. They do much more than oil change. Ryan, the…read moremanager, is the best. I'm always treated professionally and kindly. I believe they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

I told her the code from my dash and she had no idea what that meant. She was really pushing to get my car in before giving me a quote. I told her I needed an oil change and listed the items needed to be checked. Reluctantly, she finally gave me some numbers and the price was reasonable. At the beginning of the conversation she said I needed to stop cussing and she was just trying to help me. Was there someone else cussing at her? I can't imagine what I said that would make her think I was cussing. I seriously wasn't. I was completely professional. Not something I could say for her. I would absolutely not tolerate a person like this answering my phones if I were the owner. Wow! I wound up calling another place and the lady knew exactly what my car needed and was pleasant. Here's the thing: This other place charges more for the same items. I chose to go with the other place because they were recommended by a friend who's used them for years and the person I spoke with treated me like she wanted my business. What a concept!

I visited Tire Kingdom at 1527 E Brandon Blvd on Monday, August 31, 2026. A question about making…read morean appointment turned into an employee repeatedly shouting at me and slamming a door. I had ordered a Continental run-flat tire by phone the day before and was told it would be available Monday. At noon, Shelby, the manager, said it had not arrived and promised to call when it did. When she called around 3 p.m., I asked whether the tire could be installed quickly if I came in. She said yes. I arrived around 3:40 p.m. and was told it would be about an hour. I asked Shelby whether making an appointment would be a better option. An employee named Ryan interjected and began shouting, "This isn't Chick-fil-A." He said the tire could not be done instantly and that an appointment would take the same amount of time. I explained that at my previous Tire Kingdom visit in April, I had made an appointment and the tire service was completed in under 20 minutes. I then sat down and asked Shelby whether she understood my question. She said yes. Ryan again yelled, at the top of his lungs, "This isn't Chick-fil-A," and repeated that it would take the same amount of time. He appeared angry, and I felt very uncomfortable. He then went through a door marked for employees only and slammed it so forcefully that the television and wall display panels shook. Shelby deserves credit. She was wonderful, personable, and professional throughout, and maintained her professional charm in an uncomfortable situation. She explained that the store had been experiencing computer problems and that Ryan was having a rough day. She encouraged me not to take it personally and seemed to be trying to reassure me that this was not typical behavior for him. I appreciated her efforts. I understand that delays and difficult days happen. Customers should still be able to ask about scheduling without being shouted at. Because his comments were directed at me, it was difficult not to take the interaction personally. I would like corporate management to review any available surveillance footage and address Ryan's conduct. Shelby's excellent customer service should also be recognized.
