Seffner Tires is the "go-to" place for all tire related services. Friendly workers and complete devotion to giving the best price and service. JKU Jeep 2015 lost bolt for brake caliper while driving. Pulled into the Seffner tire. They helped me order new bolts from O'Reilly's, had them delivered, and installed, and put spare on. The price was great. I would give zero stars if possible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! My husband and I along with our 3 kids were traveling home from vacation in our truck and camper on July 27th, 2024. After having a flat tire on our camper, we stopped at Seffner tire and requested 4 BRAND NEW tires for our camper. The gentleman helping us stated they only had 4 brand new tires in the size needed. We proceeded with doing business after my husband verified the dates on the 4 tires. We purchased 4 BRAND NEW tires, 1 valve stem and payed for disposal of the old tires. $618 and 2 hours later we were back on the road headed home. We still had a 9 hour drive ahead of us. We made it 7 miles from seffner tire when 1 of the tires they had just put on our camper completely blew. The tire completely shredded, slinging melted rubber all over my camper and damaging the under belly of our camper. I immediately called Seffner tire and requested a refund for the 1 tire since they only had 4 and could not offer a replacement. I explained what had just happened and told them I would be happy to return the tire as soon we recieved help from roadside assistance. I also offered to send pictures if needed in the meantime. The gentleman that answered the phone told me that none of that would be necessary but that he needed to call the owner to find out how to handle it. 10 minutes later I recieved a call from a separate gentleman claiming to be the manager (not the owner) and said the owner said that we had to bring back the tire, the rim, the valve stem, and the camper to be inspected before he could offer any type of refund and the owner would not be there until Monday. This was a Saturday and we were stranded on the side of the road 9 hours from home! I asked him if there was anyone there that could inspect it that day since we could not return on Monday and I was told only the owner could inspect in and he would not be there until Monday and there was nothing further he could do to help me. We returned home and I opened a dispute with my bank for faulty merchandise. The owners written response to the dispute was written as if he worked with us directly and he LIED! He stated that we called and told him directly that the tire was "leaking air" and demanded a full refund. He also stated that he offered us a replacement but we refused and we also refused to return his merchandise. None of that actually happened. They did not have a replacement to offer and we offered to return the tire and they would not allow us. I of course replied to the dispute with my side of the story and pictures and time stamps. I was also informed by the bank that they had reached out to the merchant by phone after they recieved my response and he told them that he had reached out to me by phone and email and offered a replacement but that I was still refusing to return the tire. Another LIE. To this day I have never spoken to the owner and no one else from the establishment has reached out to me. Thankfully I have an amazing bank that supported me and we recieved a credit back in our account. However, the owner could have just been a decent human being and refunded us for the 1 tire to begin with. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! 3 hours for a set of tires! They have 5 bays with 5 techs working. I was unfortunate enough to get this young kid who immediately started complaining about replacing my 4 tires. The manager stayed primarily behind the desk during the entire time and really didn't say much to his employees. After hour 2 all my tires were removed and he started to install the new tires. By this time the manager came out of his office and started watching the kid. He seemed nice, maybe too nice for the job. He apologized for the delay but did nothing to remedy it. I did pay less than retail but they were also lightly used tires. In the end I won't be returning. As a tip. Get someone to help the kid, get on the kid, or fire him. By the end of the evening there were only 3 of the 5 bays being used. Someone could've been installing the tires while he was balancing them. 3 hours is too long. read more

You call this place for prices and they tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there to get services it's another price. They lady at the window where you pay is very rude. The workers are lazy also. There was only one car ahead of mine and I was at this place for 1.5 hours. They also just stand around and talk when they could be taking care of your car. Also while leaving this place after my car was done I observed one of there employees spraying paint the tires so they look new. read more

I called around to at least 7 different auto shops close to where I lived for 2 days straight with no luck of finding a full set of tires or atleast a pair for a good price, Seffner Tires were the only ones that had a full set for my car and the manager offered a good price for them. read more

I bought one tire for them a used tire for $60 plus bucks plus putting on a rim , that tire was terrible condition and my father who does tire work and more himself even was disappointed and told me I was ripped off that the tire was basically worth $25 dollars , the tred on it was not worth $60 !! Plus ! And it seemed my rim was hampered or something because it had dents when given back to me . Sadly can't get a refund for a worthless tire for my money back I could have bought a brand new one with new tred on it , I hope whoever buys at least sees what the tred of the tires are before purcahse ! read more

Got there 15 min after closing, have a flat tire (screw) with a cut in the sidewall (not leaking). I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and had my wife and 2 of my kids in the car. They were still working with everything still opened up, the lady was extremely rude and said she couldnt help my family to get us back on the road we even offered to pay an extra $20 but no and what's worse is she couldn't even offer to put air in it or to put on the spare tire. I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced and the lady quoted me 8.00 for balance and 10.00 for rotation so I'm like ok cool, good deal for a used tires place. I went to pay and the lady talking about 50.00 total so of course I looked at them like they crazy. The man in there talking about its 15 for suv wtf??? Then had the nerve to tell me I must have misunderstood and it's 8.00 per tire for balance. Clearly if she would have told me that, I would've refused. Went there for a used tire and technician was negligent. He failed to pay attention to where the jack points are on my vehicle and damaged a body moulding on my vehicle. The technician paid more attention to his earbuds than my car. The manager in charge refused to take responsibility for the technician's mishap. The owner did not want to pay for damages caused by his employee. I will meet with him tomorrow. Hopefully they will rectify the situation. read more

I waited for a short while to be served and I have to say the people working there was on the ball! Prices are good, did not get a tire but seems reasonable and do not carry retreads which is good. we went for two used tires, great price until they broke my lug studs, then said they are not responsible for damages their employee cause, they wanted me to leave my car over the weekend cause they did not have access to their tool shed, and wanted to charge me extra cash to fix the damage they caused, I never heard of such bad business practice, so after I had to sign a waiver so I could take my car home with only two lug studs on. Thought I had found a great used tire shop in the neighborhood, but BOY, was I wrong. I ended up back in this place two days later and it was a whole different story than my previous review. Now, all of a sudden, I need to replace my tire and because of my experience a few days earlier, I trusted them. They have tires with various degrees of tread left on them, so I opted for their best choice for a total of $52 and change. I drive less than 5,000 miles a year, so I figured a good used tire would easily suit me. Now just 21 days later the tire goes flat and I naively went back under the 30-day warranty. First they tell me it is the stem and that the warranty doesn't cover that. Okay, not happy, but whatever. Then 20 minutes later they are showing me a tire that they say is separating and has a hole in it. What? Warranty doesn't cover that either. Surprise, surprise... They tell me I need another tire completely. I drive a small Toyota Scion and a new tire runs a little over $100 at a respectable tire dealer. So, I guess taking advantage of little old ladies is their way of doing business. Boy, did they have me fooled. They had taken "my tire" back behind the work area, so whose to say what occurred there. BEWARE! First impressions are not always reliable and this case, they got me good. Had them put my tire back in my car and I drove away a very, unhappy customer after being shafted for over $50. Sorry folks, didn't mean to mislead you with my first review.
