I was told it will work guarantee or bring back for an exchange or refund. The ecu was throwing code for dme internal malfunction so I took it back only to be told my mechanic isnt diagnosing the car wrong amd charged a 35% re stocking fee. So the 300 I paid for the kit I only got 195 refund. When in the beginning I was told of it didnt work I would be refunded full amount. This place is a joke owner is greedy. As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service.
