Got a fiberglass kit online for my BMW and called multiple shops for quotes. This shop had the best…read moreprice which was 2000$ including paint for front, rear, and sideskirts. When I arrived with the kit, the owner introduced me to the technician who would be working on my car, Juice. I was on a tight timeframe and told them 2 weeks is as long as I can go without my car. I was reassured multiple times this would be no issue, and it would be completed before 2 weeks! 70% upfront payment was necessary, 2 weeks go by, and I am called that they need 3 more days. I live 40 minutes away so decide to stop by the shop. Here, I am told they will actually need at least another week! BecausGe of all this waiting I expressed to him my concern with getting my car back onto the road because I also need to go to a muffler shop to have them install a custom exhaust. This again is no problem for the shop, and they quote me a 400$ price to custom fabricate a catback exhaust (turned out to be a nightmare!). I recieve the car about 23 days later and am extremley dissapointed with the result. As you can see in the photos, the body lines do not line up at all, the underskirt drags on the ground (neglected to bolt it down with the 8 factory screws), and the sideskirts stick out! To make matters worse, the exhaust fabrication job was awful! After hearing a rattling noise that they could not solve even though it was not like this when I brought it to them, I took it to another shop, and was informed an exhaust is not meant to be in a fixed position. Originally the catback had two hangers, allowing the exhaust wiggle room at the engine moves upon acceleration. This fixed position caused the midpipe to scrape the bottom of the car, causing me to need a whole new fabrication job! AVOID THIS PLACE!

He followed up throughout the process, tracked delivery and sent pictures of the car when it arrived. When I came to the dealership to take delivery - I traded in my car, signed paperwork, transferred plates, walked thru the features and out the door in less than 2 hours! All in All - very painless. He also followed up post purchase. I drive an extra 20-30 minutes past the MB @ Tampa to get my car serviced in Clearwater.
