Unbeknownst to the young lady stocking the coolant isle I snapped a quick photo just in amaze that not only was she focused on doing her duties but she quickly realized I was unsure of what coolant was needed. She approached me and asked if I was in need of an assistance. She quickly confirmed the coolant my vehicle needed. The sense of relief I felt by the care and attentiveness I was given was overwhelming. Doing your job is one but caring is an entirely different level of comfort that I feel every person should experience no matter what place of business you are in. They were one of the few places open nearby that early (8:30am) Joyce was working who helped check my battery and then rang me up for the new battery I needed. The store was very busy and only two people were working and they were handling everything so well. Then Al came in who installed my car battery. He was super kind and helpful and showed me my very dirty engine filter which I then purchased a replacement and he also installed for me. Overall, he was super knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my car since I had recently purchased it and wasn't too familiar with it.
