Simple oil change and tire rotation to start, but ended up fixing an annoying small problem 3 other dealers couldn't/didn't. Scheduling and follow up communications were on point; Gloria was very professional and cordial, and provided all the info I needed as I wanted to coordinate a ride to outlet mall. (Alex was a great shuttle driver in a new e-Tron (not super impressed w the EV). Nico was our Maintenance rep, and did a nice job as well. The key revelation and source of 5 stars was I asked if they would look at the steering column as there was some small play in the vertical which was not there when bought new. I have been to 3 other dealers in Orlando and Lakeland, and 1 said there was nothing wrong, 1 said nothing they could do, and one wanting $3k for a new steering column Nico said the mechanic thought he knew what it was, and it would cost a $249 inspection fee for the hour, but if what he thought it was, it would be fixed in that time as well. Turned out to be a cracked in half small .25 cent plastic washer; fixed as good as new under the $249 Glad I didn't spend $3k at the other place. Honesty, fair prices, and a nice clean shop and waiting area to boot. Will definitely go back even though a 75min drive for us each way. read more

I won't be back and cannot recommend this dealership. I went to this dealership instead of Tampa Audi because of better reviews, but regret it. When scheduling my appointment, I was told no loaners were available but reassured multiple times that a shuttle could take me to and from work (30 minutes away). I confirmed this both when booking and again the day before. When I arrived, my advisor Chuck informed me the shuttle only goes 10 minutes away, leaving me stranded. I had no choice but to Uber ($100 round trip) plus I was an hour late to work. When I voiced my frustration, the only offer was a $50 discount already advertised on their website. My boyfriend tried to call them to discuss and his call was never returned. Icing on the cake was picking the car up and them trying to charge an additional $100 in miscellaneous fees. The whole experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I can't help but wonder if I was treated this way because I'm a young woman, but either way, the lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. read more

This past weekend, my girlfriend purchased an Audi A4 from this dealership. Our salesman, Juan, was fantastic, and I highly recommend him. HOWEVER, the finance manager Neal Dossett is an absolute disgrace to this dealership and the Audi brand. He saw two women sitting in front of him and decided he could make a quick commission by strong-arming them into signing up for the extended warranty. It started with him arrogantly assuming she would buy it after she mentioned wanting more information. He became visibly angry and snapped, "I was told you wanted this," in a hostile tone. After Neal and I had a disagreement about it, they declined the extended warranty. That should have been the end of it, but Neal, in a fit of unprofessional rage, decided to escalate the situation and threw me out of his office. I later learned he had the audacity to say, "You should reconsider your relationship with your boyfriend," followed by yet another aggressive push for her to buy the extended warranty, threatening, "Well, I sure hope nothing happens to your car since you are not getting it," before completing the paperwork. Not only was he petty and rude over something insignificant, but he also stooped to vile, personal attacks against a client of the dealership. I cannot stress enough that anyone buying a car from this dealership should AVOID NEAL DOSSETT AT ALL COSTS. He will mercilessly pressure you into purchasing something you neither want nor need and will resort to vicious personal attacks if you resist his coercion. In all my years of buying cars and those of everyone I spoke with before writing this review, never have we experienced such appalling treatment and gross unprofessionalism. I called Audi WC to buy out my lease. The dealer wanted to charge almost $1,000 for a "required" inspection, but neither Florida nor Audi Financial Services, which owned the lease, require an inspection. Fortunately, not all car dealers are like this and I found another dealer who did not even try to add these unnecessary fees. Audi WC gets one star for trying to rip me off. read more

The inside is gorgeous but I wasn't here for aesthetics. My car was having trouble so I wanted to get it diagnosed. Paid $214 for a shit quote. I get I have an older car so I know it has wear on it, but 10K worth? No. I mean they wanted to charge me $200 - 4 screws and 4 dowels ($40 for labor) - for screwing on the splash shield. I can go on amazon and pay $20 for the kit and do it myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Back to the diagnosis, they didn't even state where exactly the fault was. For a $214 report, I assumed it was going to be better than a general mechanics for $100, but I assumed wrong. OH everything on the diagnosis was something I could of figured out by opening my hood and looking around. I don't even think they looked underneath, actually looked. They said one of my fuel pumps were bad, however I literally just had it replaced, PROFESSIONALLY mind you, and I could hear it working perfectly every time I went to turn my car in on position. ( On is before you hear cranking, only your windows, seat motors, radio, etc work ) I was and am still so pissed. What a fucking scam. read more

5 stars I visited this Audi with my dad to try to find a used car. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), used cars are a hot commodity now - so I ended up getting a new car, with the help of Naser. In the two times we visited, Naser was extremely helpful and accommodating. He gave us his card to reach out with any questions and also helped us get a pretty good deal. The inside of this place is beautiful and they have a seating area, bathrooms, coffee, and waters. We were even offered some chocolate! My review is for the service dept only as the A6 is being recalled again for a fuel line issue. This is a sparkling new dealership located past Wiregrass mall. Brought the car in and was greeted promptly.Since the car will be here all day I got a loaner that was a sport Audi model.I can appreciate that little gesture so much as when you visit other dealers they do not put you in an Audi loaner. This dealer also sent out letters and coupons for service that I was able to use. My service tech took great care of me and the car. I understand there might be a lot happening but it's very simple to update on the status of a repair or change or estimate.. I find that as often as I show up every experience is the same for me. They either will put u aside or forget about you. Don't expect them to actually follow through on their orders, they have different story. When u talk between the departments they don't match. From, "yes, I ordered it" to "no, never got an order" then u find out that when they put in the order. If you need anything don't go to Clearwater Audi, worth the drive. read more

Neil or Neal (unsure of spelling), but he is one of the finance persons, who was extremely "insulting, rude", and arrogant/ narcissitic type! I went to get an appraisal for my car to see what value I could get to either "trade in" or sell, and he was extremely impolite and flat out said "I am not interested" before even getting keys from me and looking at inside of the car and getting VIN number related info! * he just literally bursted my hopeful and happy bubble! Mind you, my car was not just any car, it was their very own brand Audi 2016 (bought from another state's Audi dealership), but 100 percent serviced by them here with low mileage, in a very good condition with few easily fixable "hail dents" especially for their dealership who have a certified company that does repair for a decent price as they (their certified Dimmitt shop), did quote me on repair... he could have just given me a trade in or sell quote with subtraction of repair cost instead of just being flat out rude! There is nicer way to say no if he must, without having insulting attitude and tone! I could not help asking him that "is it normal for dealership person to just flat out reject a customer without even looking into and discussing things/options?" And he looked at me and immediately answered "Yes!" - after that, he may have felt little bit bad and asked for my keys to look into my car and went inside and got me Kelly book value..and said this is for your info, but I am still not interested. -yeah thanks for giving me a shady experience on a pleasant Valentine's Day! If a dealership representative cannot stand behind their OWN brand and regular customer who comes for ALL service, why would I want to do business with them in future.. at least, makes me not want to do it where this impolite person is working, as it just scars you... Will be fair and compliment Other folks at dealership, who are quite nice, but this guy's attitude caught me off guard and was quite shocked, and I immediately had a strong feeling to not ever want to do business with them! Just picked up our second Audi here. Our first experience last year was so good we came back to get a bigger vehicle. I had brought my Q3 in for its 1 year servicing and decided just to "look" at the Q5. One of the salesmen let me do a test drive just to check it out. Came back with my partner over the weekend and ended up going for it. So, here's all that was so great: 1: The dealership itself is gorgeous, located just past the Wiregrass shopping area. Lots of comfy chairs, and the lounge area has all sorts of snacks, beverages, and even iPads you can use as well as a TV in one area. 2: The sales people. We ended up working with 3 different ones because our "usual" one, Isa, was on vacation. Justin filled in for her, but then Isa picked up the ball and ran with it. We NEVER felt pressured. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and truly wanted to make us happy, even if that meant no sale. And they worked cooperatively, so we never felt like there was any competition for sales. They didn't have the color I wanted there, so they arranged to bring one in for the agreed-upon price. Isa has always been so helpful, spending time getting all the settings the way I wanted, showing us how to use everything, and always being available by phone if I have questions (I called her multiple times when I bought the Q3 and she never made me feel like a bother). 3: Jerame, the finance guy. HOLY COW! He met with me all 3 times we came, including the "closing." He was upfront about the costs, and worked really hard to get the price to what I could afford. Then he truly went the extra mile on the financing. Most places automatically try to put you with their company's financing (in this case it would be Audi Finance). But Jerame looked and looked and came back to me with financing from a local credit union that gave me the lowest interest rate I've ever seen on a new car purchase! Many people will tell you they are saving you money, but he delivered. 4: Brian, the sales manager. As we were getting ready to leave he told us that since it was raining, even though the vehicle had been thoroughly detailed, to bring it back whenever we wanted and he'd have them do a full cleaning. My partner used to sell cars, so he knows all the tricks. Even he was impressed with Audi of Wesley Chapel. I live in PA, and had a horrible experience with Carvana. I inquired about an A6 (used) from Audi Wesley Chapel (AWC) and got an immediate response. Being an on line transaction I had questions which the sales person, sales manager, finance manager, and even the title clerks answered and replied immediately. They even called back to keep me informed on the delivery (no charge and FAST). Paula, the title clerk, called me back with the tracking number for the UPD delivery of my title to PA which was above and beyond. It's not like I'll ever drive to FL to service my car, and it's used. They treated me so nicely, followed up immediately, and were so competent and nice that I can't recommend them enough. If i'm going to a luxury brand then I feel like I should expect luxury service. Everything is about first impression. Why would I invest into a brand with crappy service. I can imagine how it would be if I ran into problems down the line. The salesman wasn't very welcoming or interested from the beginning. That's where he lost my business. I still continued because I still wanted to and do a test drive between the Q3 and Q5 before I made my decision. As we walked out to check the q3 vs q5, he walked ahead of us. I made a comment and said wow your walking really fast and he told me it was a long day. I was literally speed walking to catch up with him. We got to the cars he pointed abs said that's the Q3 and that's the Q5 and kept a distance. I immediately made up my mind and picked the q5. He told me he would get the keys and his tablet which he said he misplaced. He went missing for awhile and came back and said we could turn on the car and start the AC since it was really hot. He gave us the wrong keys and left again. So we were still outside in the hot sun while we waited for his return. I guess he realized and he came back with the right keys. He didn't ask if we had questions or anything. The questions I asked he gave bland answers. I just felt uneasy and not welcomed. I took it for a test drive and I loved it. I just didn't like the customer service. We went inside to talk numbers. I played with the numbers to my liking on the tablet. This was most the salesperson ever talked. He's main question was what do I have to do to get in you in a lease today. Well you should of thought of that when we first walked in. Ultimately, from the lack of customer service I told the salesman i would think over my decision. He told me he would contact me Monday. Which i highly doubt, but i already made up my mind. Overall I loved the car but hated the customer service. After reading the reviews on google i'm glad i'm not the only person that felt this was about Jimmy (salesperson). I refuse to give service where i'm not treated right. I will try another Audi lot on Monday. read more

My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle from Neal. He was an absolute delight to work with. No pressured sales tactics, just good and honest with a great low key personality. We had been searching for a vehicle for a couple of weeks. We have shopped the typical used car "mom and pop" companies and also visited several dealerships. I chose to visit and trust driving all the way from the Riverview Area. I made this decision because of the great reviews this dealership has on google and yelp reviews.
