He said $200 but after he did it he raised the price to $300 since it was harder than he thought. When my dad went to drive off he realized Jorge cracked the exterior cover that goes in front of the windshield/wipers. Jorge said he would try to get him one from the junkyard. My dad said he wanted the one that matches his vehicle and when he looked it up he said no he couldn't get him a new one because of how much it cost and that my dad's vehicle was older so not worth it. My dad said can you at-least take $80 off my bill and he said no. He wouldn't take off more than $50 off. Ever since he did the job my dad's vehicle now leaks when it rains. That's just more to spend on another plastic/cover to be replaced and figure out why now it's leaking. Jorge did a great job with my dad's AC so he came back to him again.

Neighbors in the past had recommended Marks Automotive. As it turns out, he doesn't advertise and relies entirely on referrals. After looking at reviews on Yelp and Next Door, I decided to give him a call. Mark understood the OBD code issues immediately over the phone and asked me to bring the vehicle over the next morning. About an hour after leaving the vehicle with him, he called and confirmed the problem. He gave me a VERY FAIR price to make the repairs (almost $400 less than the dealership), but said that a couple of the dealerships he called did not have the part in stock and would take 4 days to get. He also said that if I wanted to make more calls and find the part before then, he'd install it and only charge me for the labor. I found ONE dealership within 50 miles that had the part, and fortunately, it was only about 20 miles away. I got the part and he installed it the same day. The wastegate actuator assembly cost me $350 and Mark charged me $110 for labor. He tested the vehicle out and told me to bring it back if there were any issues. I can honestly say that I've found my new mechanic for the maintenance issues I can't do myself. Highly Recommend!!!

Last night, my wife took her 2019 Mercedes E300 to Sam's Club to have a tire replaced. After…read morewaiting nearly two hours for them to bring the vehicle into the shop, she was told they could not complete the service because her lug nuts were supposedly "stripped." Later that evening, she took the vehicle to Tire Kingdom on 50 and Mariner, where she was told the lug nuts were too stripped and would need to be cut off. They advised her to return the following morning, which understandably left her frustrated and unsure of what to do. I had an appointment scheduled today at Revennaugh's Service Center for my Cadillac Escalade. Since my wife needed transportation to work, I let her take my vehicle instead. When I arrived at Revennaugh's, a gentleman with a long beard came out and greeted me. He recognized me as the customer with the Cadillac Escalade, and I explained the situation with my wife's Mercedes. He immediately said, "Of course, we can take a look at it." While I was looking for the key for the Mercedes' lug nuts, he inspected the vehicle and told me, "They don't look stripped at all. We can definitely take a look at it." I handed him the lug nut key, and he took it into the shop. Within about five minutes, he came back and told me they were able to remove the lug nuts with ease and that the new tire would be installed within the next 5-10 minutes. A few minutes later, he came back out and said, "Your car is all set and ready to go." I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and customer service I received at Revennaugh's Service Center. They could have easily told me the same thing the other shops did, but instead they took the time to actually inspect the vehicle and get the job done. The quality of service and overall customer experience were outstanding. I will absolutely be bringing both my Cadillac and my wife's Mercedes back to Revennaugh's whenever we need service in the future. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of us and treating us like valued customers!
