The first time I brought my vehicle to this place was to fix my valve gaskets that were leaking. I was informed that because my car is an older model that its not worth fixing because it would still leak after fixing. I found a mechanic in Clermont that fixed my vehicle and stopped the leak. I tried again give this place the benefit of the doubt, and brought it for brake work at this place and was informed again that it was not worth fixing because again my vehicle is old. Absolutely spectacular people and shop. I could not recommend them more. Over the last week I have had horrible experiences with a local Tires Plus and Pep Boys. I had simple tire replacements and TPMS resetting tasks and both managed to cause my car to be in worse shape than how it started. AT saved the day! They fixed everything, charged me nothing to reset the poorly placed tires and then did an oil change at a super affordable price. The biggest thing is they gave me peace of mind that I know it is now done right! Highly, highly recommended. When they were done it came out as less then quote. I was surprised. If this happens, tip the guys a little extra, it's hot out and they deserve it. Very good shop with honest mechanics. I stopped over and discussed a problem with my car. The staff gave a tentative diagnosis and said the repair may be $500 or more. Apparently they need their customers to babysit them to do their jobs or they'll push your car appointment to the back of the list... we scheduled a 930 appointment for our car, we dropped it off and they said they would look at it and let us know what's wrong with it. By 1130 they still hadn't touched it and when we called they said because we didnt stay so couldnt make us a priority.... worst customer service ever... dont waste your time... read more

I brought my car in for an oil change a few months ago when one of the chain places nearby couldn't get me in. They were so nice, it made me feel guilty for ever going to a chain in the first place. I took my car back in today for new tires and an issue with my door. They went above and beyond to help me out and they totally didn't have to. I'm not a car person. A few months ago, I brought my Buick Regal into Auto Technologies after it shut off while making a turn. Rico looked at it, found that there was fuel in the crankcase, was familiar with the issue, and let me know that I should have it towed immediately to the dealer because it should be covered under a non-automatic recall that was about to expire. He was right, and I ended up saving thousands in repairs. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I was very impressed by the honesty and the level of care that Rico, Amber, and the rest of the staff showed towards me on this visit and in prior visits by other members of my family. Wonderful and honest auto mechanic shop. Took the wife's car in after being told by a dealership's service center that the car need 1300 dollars in repairs.
