Really happy with my full-service car wash at Wow Express. I didn't have an appointment, but asked if I could also get a car seat shampoo as well. I did have to wait but they were able to fit me in! The interior looks absolutely amazing. It has been years since I had my seats washed and they look so fresh and clean. Best $60 I've spent. I also bought the Gold car wash, but I think they spent so much time on the inside--my windshield and back windows aren't washed. Not a big deal, but if I need a more detailed service, I will def make an appointment next time so they have dedicated enough time to cleaning everything. I will definitely be back! I let them replace the front pads and rotors. The brakes continued to squeal like they'd never been fixed. Took it BACK to them TWICE and TWICE they told me they were fine. I had to have a tire fixed which I took to tire kingdom and found out at that visit that I needed new brakes and rotors replaced on BOTH FRONT N BACK. That was a $1000 repair after I paid WOW almost $400. Yes I learned a hard lesson to take my vehicle to an ACTUAL mechanic so I want to try and keep someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT let these people do mechanic work on your vehicle!!! read more

I take my vehicle here every time it needs to get serviced for an oil change. The staff is always so kind and treats me respectfully, I never feel like I'm getting ripped off like I did going to the dealership. Plus it only takes them 10 minutes to do your oil change so you're not sitting around waiting forever. They also have a women's Wednesday where you get 20% off services which is extremely generous. This place is amazing! There were 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, it was a rainy day so no one was in the wash, and waited about 10 minutes if even that. Once it was my turn a very nice man helped me. I needed an oil change and wanted one close by my apartment. They had me wait inside their very clean waiting room with free wifi so I could do some work while I waited. By the time I opened and started up my lap top they were done! read more

WOW. What a great team! I stopped in this afternoon for an oil changed and was surprised by how quickly the team completed the change. I swear it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew at work. Of course with the cost of oil on the rise I winced a bit at the bill however I do the same at the pump. All things considered they had a good value and when you factor in the time saved with super fast service it's a nice savings especially when it's a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the best price ($118)for 10 qts Rotella T6 5w-40. Greased front end. You can sit in your vehicle while they work, if you wish. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulders while they worked either. I'm nosey and really particular when strangers get to work on my vehicle when I'm out of town. Spent 12 bucks on a car wash that didn't even clean my car well. At most of the new car washes they have all sorts of towels and different types of vacuums to clean out your car. All they had were some shitty hose vacuums that barly did a thing. I only came here because the next closest car wash was 15 minutes away...I should've just drove the 15 minutes. read more

This is now my go to oil change and car wash place. Everywhere else I have gone for oil changes I have to be prepared to wait, often for a long time. Here they do full service oil changes in about 10 minutes and usually have 2 sides open. If a car or two are ahead of you it's fine.. you are still going to get in and out. They have coupons on their website and their prices are reasonable. The car was is amazing for $6. For that price you can usually get a tunnel wash at a gas station. Here they scrub down your car and pre-wash your rims before you go into the tunnel. The car comes out almost perfect. Much much better than a similarly priced wash anywhere else. The vacuums are free so you can drive out clean inside and out. Probably the best part is they really appreciate your business and treat you like a valued customer. read more

Great place to drop my car off for an oil change, get the engine checked out, tires and get my car wash. It looks super clean and I have to admit.... has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. I am certain they were decorated by someone who took women into consideration. It's gorgeous. While an amazing bathroom may not be of interest to guys, it is a huge issue for me. I hate going to car places and feel like I need a disinfectant shower after opening the door to the bathrooms. Now add the expertise of the staff, and reasonable prices you have a win-win. Been getting my oil changed here for years. Took my truck in to have the tires rotated and balanced. It had begun to shake at low speeds. Embarrassed to say that I have never rotated them in the five years I've owned the truck. They suggested to just rotate and see how it drove over the next few weeks. Worked like a charm.
