I ran into the manager Sophie and I over heard her talking to one of her employees. I must say she was being very rude and nasty towards the employee i felt bad for that girl and that behavior is not acceptable, it seems like she was on a power trip .The store was also messy and disorganized for such a small store I would not recommend shopping here . read more

I had a great time shopping here today. It's my first visit to this location in Riverview near Summerfield. It's the cleanest and most organized Marshalls that I've been to in a long time. Maybe because it's newer than the ones in Brandon. I was able to find some good deals on summer clothing. It was a good selection of clothes. The employees are nice and helpful. Especially the very pleasant lady in the fitting room area. What a great personality! I wish I had asked for her name. She definitely wasn't robotic like most who check you into the fitting room. I was also happy to see many checkout areas. The line wasn't too long, and it was a quick checkout. I'll definitely be driving back to this location in the near future. read more

I do not recommend buying in this Marshalls store since you are a victim of theft inside the store while you are shopping. Yesterday, 5/26/2021 my nephew and his two friends who have come from overseas to spend vacation in Florida went to the Marshalls store located at 13120 US Hwy 301, Riverview, FL 33578. They had made some purchases previously and while they were making purchases inside this store, they left their bags with the items they had bought in the shopping cart. They had the car near them and while they were looking at the things the store had for sale; suddenly, someone stole their bags with the purchases they had made previously. They spoke with the manager of the store and explained to him about the theft so that he could check their cameras and see who had stolen their things; however, the manager told them that he could not do that since the person in charge of the cameras was not present. In addition, he told them that he is not responsible for any theft that occurs to the customers inside the store. THIS IS A STORE WHERE CLIENTS ARE VICTIMS OF THEFT INSIDE THE STORE and AS A CUSTOMER YOU CANNOT FEEL SAFE INSIDE IT. In conclusion, this Marshalls store lacks security for the buyers. Ellos habían hecho algunas compras anteriormente y mientras estaban realizaban compras dentro de esta tienda dejaron sus bolsas con los artículos que habían comprado en el carrito de compras. Tenían el carrito con sus pertenencias cerca de ellos y mientras miraban las cosas que la tienda tiene a la venta; repentinamente, alguien les robó las bolsas con las compras que habían realizado anteriormente. Hablaron con el gerente de la tienda y le explicaron sobre el robo para que pudiera revisar sus cámaras y ver quién había robado sus cosas; sin embargo, el gerente les dijo que no podía hacerlo ya que el encargado de las cámaras no estaba presente. Además, les dijo que él no es responsable de ningún robo que ocurra a los clientes dentro de la tienda. Esta es una tienda donde los clientes son víctimas de robo y como comprador no puedes sentirte seguro dentro de está. Its located in the same plaza as bealls and the dollar tree. The parking lot is huge and you should not have an issue finding a spot to park. The store is nice and bright. It was organized and i didn't have an issue finding what i needed. When it was time to pay the onlh had two cashiers and they had a line. They did move fast, and i was out of the store in no time. read more

I love Marshalls! This particular store is my favorite! It's literally 1 mile from my house and only a few minutes. I'm a procrastinator so whenever I need some last minute things for an impromptu trip or getaway I find myself here. The prices are fairly inexpensive and the clothes are super cute and in style. I love the merchandise in this store; I can't always say the same about every other one I've been to TBH. I get the feeling that this one has so many goodies bcuz it's far out and people don't usually think to come all the way out to Riverview to go shopping at Marshalls, which works out in my favor! read more

Love the location. The store is always very clean and well organized with a decent selection of things to choose from. ..EXCEPT shoes. They need to hire another buyer as most of the shoes, in my opinion are unremarkable and selection disappointing. I make this observation based on other Marshalls I've shopped. Great stocked merchandise. Found everything I needed and more. Their clearance rack was amazing. Celia at the register was insightful, professional and a pleasure to talk to. The only negative was the restroom. The ladies bathroom needed MAJOR attention. It had a strong odor and was very dirty. Overall though good shopping experience. read more

I am so happy they opened a Marshalls so close to my house! Since this is a brand new location (opened in May), the store is clean and well stocked. The couple times I've come in, it hasn't been too busy and crowded. I was able to browse their many selections to my heart's content and I've always found everything I was looking for and then some. Check out is also fast. Even when there's only a few people waiting, they'll open up as many registers as they can. I was a bit disappointed, though, that this location didn't have a large jewelry section. No worries, ladies. They make up for it with a large shoe section. read more

Tell me this: Who on earth lets these people put/keep DESTROYED items on their shelves? I saw a man restocking the beauty/makeup area and ( I don't know if this was his job) payed no attention to the atrocity that was these few containers holding products with damaged packaging, no packaging, and the insides scooped out of them and then thrown on top and all inside. I had only looked at eyeshadow pallets, and they were in awful condition and 100% unusable. The eyelashes were falling off of the packaging as well. I'm sure they had been on someone's eye and picked up contaminants prior to being put on the shelves- this product could give someone pink eye. The outsides of almost everything in my vicinity were not just mildly beaten-up, they were torn and moist with some sort of liquid. I don't know if I just came at a bad time when the products look worse than usual- but I know that stores like Marshall's take items from other shops that weren't sold for *some* reason, and sell them again, so I wasn't expecting any high quality items in good condition. And I also know that there would be limited stock of the items, because they aren't theirs, and that stock probably wouldn't be in very good condition either. I also do not know what Marshall's policies are, and if this is permitted, but I won't be coming to this location again if this is what they are putting out. read more
