Tbh this store is smallest of all the locations, but you will fine designers and in good condition resale items from handbags and shoes to clothing. So size doesn't matter everything is organized and clean a bit packed. So You never know when you're looking for something vintage you might just find it here but with that said, you must come in with an open mind. Clothing is clean some have tickets on them. accessories are also varied. Some have been never worn or used others or secondhand for sure. This can be a great value for a lot of folks trying to save and be frugal with their dollars. I am more of a vintage hunter so I pop in here on occasion the service is pretty average. Sometimes it feels a little pushy like you might break it or shoplift so I don't know what that says about the area. Other times it's more like a designer department store where you have somebody running sizes for you as you trying things on lol Either way I think it's something worth checking out if this is your vibe. read more

Witnessed a deplorable case of discrimination today at Fifi's. Three Hispanic men were trying on jackets having a good time saying how good it looked on him and frio which I know is cold. The clerk came up said, Can I help you, when they said no, she said JUST DONT STEAL ANYTHING and repeated it twice. my jaw fell cause she never asked the other 5 white women if we needed help. One guy followed her to register and said are you serious? She said ah no, just joking. She was not and I told the guy she wasn't. I put my planned purchase back ack and told the clerk I didn't think she was funny at all and I wouldn't buy any of their crap. I've been upset all afternoon about the blatant #profiling. I do not think they give you enough money for the items that you give them. They take 60% and you get 40%. I even looked at some of their clothing they were featuring and I was not impressed. read more

Cheap and chic. That's how I like my merchandise. Whether it is a special occasion outfit or a fun, everyday ensemble, a sparky accessory or stylish pair of shoes, a snappy looking purse or cute coat, I want to look sharp but also shop smart. Consignment shops can be hit or miss but when you score something that looks new and looks good on you - and for a very reasonable price - that is reason to celebrate or make that sale-abrate. My first trip to this Apollo Beach shop made me a fan because of the selection of items carried, the consistent quality and the sense that despite what must be constant turnover, it seemed clean not cluttered and really pretty orderly. While it seems to predominantly carry women's apparel and accessories there are housewares as well. You will want to have enough time to look through racks and stacks of items and you definitely need to try stuff on rather than rely on whatever the size might seem to be. Great consignment store. After 30 days everything is 50% of marked price. Items are arranged by color which makes shopping easier. Lots of great deals just need to search hard. Higher end consignment for sure. Love checking this place out at least once a week for bargains. read more

I totally agree with the reviews on here about customer service. So, I am kind of new to Apollo Beach and I have been looking for a few little places like this. I like to always stop in and just take a peek and see if there are any good deals. I found this place and I thought it was going to be great just looking through the window. So, after leaving another appointment this morning I ran by there. Now like many other females, as I age LOL, I can't drink that first morning bottle of water and hold it for eight hours so of course as I go in the store and start looking I realize man I really have to use the restroom. So I already have spotted a couple things that I am really interested in. So, I set them back on the rack, and go over to the desk and say excuse me ma'am is there a place I could use the restroom. No I'm sorry we don't have a place for you to use the restroom. OK, so I leave and I won't be back. I understand the law does not require them to have a restroom. I understand that some people misuse a public restroom. But listen people, when your target customer is. 30-80 year old women LET THEM ISE THE RESTROOM! We aren't nasty dirty construction workers tracking mud in your bathroom. get it together please- Replying to employees Stuff back there. Appreciate a logical response, my solution would be simple. This location of Fifi's is under new ownership. Truthfully, I preferred the old Fifi's. The store had a special sale day yesterday, "all men's clothing 50% off". I picked out a sweater vest that was mis-tagged as women's clothing. I know it was a men's sweater vest because of the right side alignment of buttons (see attached picture). I didn't realize I was charged full price vs. sale price, therefore I pointed it out at the end. The employee were very nice, realized their mistake, and wanted to either refund the difference/store credit; however they needed approval from manager. They proceeded to call the manager, Nikki. Well, Nikki said "I'm sorry we mis-tagged the item, but we thought that the item was a regular item and considered women's clothing." First off, it's either you made a mistake or not, you can't admit to a mistake and then say, yeah we meant to do that. Secondly, perhaps new ownership should schedule some training courses to help employees/management differentiate between men's and women's clothing for an apparel store! Clearly, some men's clothing is considered women's in their eyes. Sadly, this new ownership of Fifi's is already getting a bad rep for incompetence. read more

Fifi's store offers customer service at its absolute worse. A haggard-looking sales woman named Ceecee (who smelled of cigarette smoke) was extremely rude to me and my sister. She was so offensive that we quietly put back all the items we had planned to buy, and left the store empty handed. P.S. Think twice before consigning with Fifi's--My friend has since told me she consigned there, but some of her merchandise mysteriously disappeared off the racks with no record of its fate. My friend said she had to threaten a lawsuit to ever get paid her portion due on items that were actually recorded as sold. Apparently, Fifi expects consignors not to be assertive enough to come in to the store to pick up their checks or to stand up to her when their items simply disappear. Recently another friend told me that now Fifi sells exorbitantly high-priced Franchise Agreements for new stores to open. However, after collecting the money she does not honor her commitment to provide the new store owners with support and resources as she promised before they paid. I want to avoid people who operate this way. read more

Fifi expects them not to be assertive enough to come in to the store to pick up their checks or to stand up to her when their items mysteriously disappear. Fifi makes the bulk of her profits now by selling franchises for new stores that are contractually obligated to pay her large fees into eternity, but in return receive little or no support from her.
