This particular store is very organized and clean, although they reorganize everything frequently. They have a lot of nice stock, typical of a department store, and plenty of sales at all times. Unlike the "good old days," I have never seen anyone work the floor. Maybe it's the time we go and we just miss them? The only employees I have actually seen are the cashiers. They are quite nice and polite. They are very COVID-19 aware and practically scrub the area after every customer. Some of the best I've seen anywhere.

I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager.
