It is relatively well organized, but they have a more limited offering for product than some others we've been in. They had the standard seasonal items (Valentine's Day in this case) and of course party supplies. They have a good housewares section, but I didn't see a rug at the price I wanted this time, so we didn't leave with anything. Barry then comes up with a larger duffel bag that was $24.99 and I replied I'm sure it was $12.99. He got very upset and said that's what the price is they all have this price and walked away. I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager. I would say that the cashiers are a lot more eligible for the position to be the store manager. Customer service is key to a successful business.

We made the mistake of going here after going here about a year ago, which was lackluster then. Shame on us. Yes, both times we left with some purchases. Nothing really great, but we did. This time I abandon the better half and went outside, with her telling me she was almost done. After about a half hour I returned to find out WTF. She was in line to check out, 4 people deep with about 8 more behind her. I literally waited another 15+ minutes for her to get up to an open cash register where initially there were only two open. A third opened ad one register was usurped by a couple of women with about 15 items, which wasn't a bad thing; but the clerk was on Thorazine or something and moved like molasses. All I can say is that I was so glad to finally get out of this place! The better half commented that this was the worst Burlington she's been in. I believe her.

I usually go on Saturday during the Farmers Market and park just a block away. I purchased a Top Buttons reusable bag but you can bring your own, purchase one there or just carry out the clothes! The staff could not be more helpful, the store very clean. The more upscale clothing (think Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Gap, etc) are in the front and the rest of the clothing in the back where the four dressing rooms are located. They also have days where they send out text to say fill up a bag for $50 or 25-50% off all of your purchases, etc. All great deals! They also have stores in Bartow and Winter Haven. But still this area needs more stores. Wal*Nutz, Target don't cut it... the culture and clientele that shop there eventually trash it and act ghetto ... it's despicable...crime centers especially Wal*Nutz...Bring back Penny's, Macys. Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it.
