It is relatively well organized, but they have a more limited offering for product than some others we've been in. They had the standard seasonal items (Valentine's Day in this case) and of course party supplies. They have a good housewares section, but I didn't see a rug at the price I wanted this time, so we didn't leave with anything. I was make a purchase to a small Addias duffel bag and it did not have a tag. The cashier manager was trying to be very helpful when Mr. Barry pages him the he can look for item. Barry then comes up with a larger duffel bag that was $24.99 and I replied I'm sure it was $12.99. He got very upset and said that's what the price is they all have this price and walked away. I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager. I would say that the cashiers are a lot more eligible for the position to be the store manager. Customer service is key to a successful business.

Plus, the money goes to charities that help empower young woman. I will be cleaning out my closet and bringing my larger sizes (some brand new), so that others can find the same joy I have had here. I usually go on Saturday during the Farmers Market and park just a block away. I purchased a Top Buttons reusable bag but you can bring your own, purchase one there or just carry out the clothes! The staff could not be more helpful, the store very clean. The more upscale clothing (think Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Gap, etc) are in the front and the rest of the clothing in the back where the four dressing rooms are located. They also have days where they send out text to say fill up a bag for $50 or 25-50% off all of your purchases, etc. All great deals! They also have stores in Bartow and Winter Haven. I hadn't been into a Kohls in a few years but I remember it being very nice and tidy. This was way worse than a TJ Maxx or Ross. It was like a Goodwill or something. You would think that first thing in the morning, at store opening for the day, it would be tidy. I just walked out without purchasing a single thing because it was chaos. There's no variety of the old fashioned department store feel, stores that are classy, fun, unique, except driving to Posner Park, or worse Tampa/Orlando, but same cookie cutter types, or one called Ollies...good choice for bargains...The Eagle Ridge Mall needs an overhaul or to be condemned. But still this area needs more stores. Wal*Nutz, Target don't cut it... the culture and clientele that shop there eventually trash it and act ghetto ... it's despicable...crime centers especially Wal*Nutz...Bring back Penny's, Macys. Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it. The workers can only do so much and believe me. I come from a retail/merchandise background to know the more you do, the more they expect, the more they expect, the less they appreciate.
