They have a good housewares section, but I didn't see a rug at the price I wanted this time, so we didn't leave with anything. Overall: B+ A-OK location with a relatively well organized store and plenty to look at.

I was make a purchase to a small Addias duffel bag and it did not have a tag. The cashier manager was trying to be very helpful when Mr. Barry pages him the he can look for item. Barry then comes up with a larger duffel bag that was $24.99 and I replied I'm sure it was $12.99. He got very upset and said that's what the price is they all have this price and walked away. I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager. I would say that the cashiers are a lot more eligible for the position to be the store manager. Customer service is key to a successful business.

We made the mistake of going here after going here about a year ago, which was lackluster then. Shame on us. Yes, both times we left with some purchases. Nothing really great, but we did. This time I abandon the better half and went outside, with her telling me she was almost done. After about a half hour I returned to find out WTF. She was in line to check out, 4 people deep with about 8 more behind her. I literally waited another 15+ minutes for her to get up to an open cash register where initially there were only two open. A third opened ad one register was usurped by a couple of women with about 15 items, which wasn't a bad thing; but the clerk was on Thorazine or something and moved like molasses. All I can say is that I was so glad to finally get out of this place! The better half commented that this was the worst Burlington she's been in. I believe her.

(I'm mainly also speaking to females here, but if you are a male with that fashion sense then I mean hey go for it haha) I really had no idea what I was walking into the first time I went to Versona. All I knew was that I was in desperate need of some cute dress pants and just a whole outfit for a presentation that was in a few days, so I needed to find something that day. I searched the handy old internet to find some stores nearby that might have what I was looking for at more reasonable prices, and that's when Versona crossed the radar. This is an awesome store! I am far from being a fashionista or really having any trustworthy sense of fashion, but this store has some CUTE items! From tanks to long sleeves to jackets to pants, they have a great selection of different types of clothes that can all be dressed up or are just the professional look you need (or I needed at least). Because, let's be honest- especially for women, previous decades of business appropriate clothes can be UGLY. Like, so awkward fitting, looking, and just really not making you feel confident or good about yourself in any way. But Versona has that touch of modern trends in their styles where you will like how the clothes fit and look. Trust me, it's a big deal! And the best part: the prices are so in reach! Broke college kid speaking here too (rip)- I didn't feel like I was giving away part of my soul just to have some more dress clothes. Most of their pants are around $30-40! They also have at least 3 displays of jewelry, scarves, shoes, sunglasses and so, so much. Oh yeah, you can try on your picks in their dressing rooms that are open again. Hallelujah! Go check them out!

Take a look at the attached pic - all of those red signs? Sale items! Given the size of this light and airy store (a/k/a HUGE), the amount of floor space dedicated to sale product is...most excellent. Particularly for those of us savvy shoppers who will WAIT, if necessary, until a piece goes on sale - if it stays (slays) in stock. Also, if you have the pennies to spend, I can pretty much guarantee you will find a dress, blouse, accessory, what-have-you, that NO ONE ELSE is rocking (yet). Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it. There's always a "karen" in the bunch, that's going to scream her head off and get her free or a discount, when she doesn't deserve it. Another thing too , people complaining about clothes on the floor what's it gonna kill you to bend down and pick it up and just put it on the shelf , even if you don't fold it?
