I received a text a week later and called 1-800 I was informed "they will have to change both sides so it will match and it will be approx. $95 that's an estimate." I replied and informed them to send my sandals back. I will NEVER buy anything from Neiman Marcus nor Christian Louboutin again. *** Coach bags/shoes are a third of what I paid, and they stand behind their products you have a year warranty. They wasted my time and made me drive all the way there. On top of that the lady I scheduled the appointment with took too long in her appointment with a man and did not even take any consideration for her appointment with me. They left me standing by the door waiting for 10-15 mins only to tell me eventually that the lady, Gabriella, is too busy with a customer and wouldn't be able to accommodate the appointment with me. I do not recommend this business. I'll be waiting for the moment they go out of business. Do not support sexist companies!
