The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code. I felt like I was in Chicago ! 3/5 stars

The store is kept clean and inviting. The checkout process doesn't usually take a long time, even when there's a line, and I like all of the trinkets you can look at along the shelves when you line up before the cashiers. This plaza's parking lot fills up easily, and with one way traffic throughout the lot, it can take a lot of time getting stuck behind someone waiting to park or looking for a space. But the staff is usually friendly and helpful, and there's always something cute to buy.

Had the wow experience from top to the bottom left to right everybody from the restaurant of perfume department, the clothing department managers, the makeup department everybody went above and beyond for me today I've haven't had this good customer service since I was in Milano Italy, two years ago I want to thank everybody in their staff from the restaurant to everywhere in the department stores. Thank you so much for everything. This is gonna be my favorite store to come to you from now on I haven't been hearing many moons but I'm glad that I came back shopped and ate got make up in perfume and all that you guys were very patient with me out of the six hours. Nordstrom International Plaza is a cool multi level shopping store offering clothes, shoes,…read morefragrances, strollers, purses, book bags and much more. While browsing various sections throughout the store I was greeted warmly by various associates. The store also has a restaurant if hungry while shopping. It's a wonderful time to visit during the holiday ramp up.

The store just felt really cramped, yet missing a lot at the same time. Maybe I was just looking for the wrong things, but I just didn't find anything I was really looking for and had to just settle on a few things to get through during my short trip.

Things are laying in the aisles. It's just a mess. I needed a hard side suitcase for business purposes and the only one that met my needs had a handle that didn't work. The parking lot is dark and feels unsafe. The elevators are slow and at least one of three doesn't work. The walkways and the stairs by the parking lot are absolutely gross. Not sure what else to say. Basically, it's nasty and not typical of most Target stores.

The selection…read moreis generally nice, although a few display spots were empty, which may have been related to the Valentine's rush. My bigger issue is staffing consistency. Each time Ive visited, its been a different person at the counter, and on 2 occasions I was told to come back in 1-2 hours because no associate was available, even though the store had been open for several hours. When someone is there, the service is genuinely helpful and unhurried. I removed one star only because the counter is not reliably staffed during posted hours.

The "We Don't Do Sales" Mall…read more Yesterday was Mother Daughter Day and after not seeing my mother for over 30 days I wanted to give her a proper Tampa day. The bay, the walkways, some shopping, and a stop at Columbia Restaurant which honestly was not good. Then we went to International Plaza and Bay Street thinking we would do what we always do. Browse, hunt, and find something great on sale. That is how WE shop. We walked into Altar'd State and asked where the sale section was. We were told they do not do sales there. Not even a small rack in the back. .. thought maybe it's just that store Then we went into Dillard's and asked the same question. The woman looked us up and down like we had three heads and gave us the same answer. Finally I made the realization . . This mall is built for people who pay full price and do not question it. To be fair, it is beautiful. Clean, polished, very well put together. A strong mix of stores and a surprising number of high end brands. Completely different than what I expected and it threw me off my game. But there is no thrill here. No hunt. No digging. No moment where you find that one piece that makes the whole trip worth it. Have fun shopping at full price here. I am not one of those people. I do not pay full retail ever and I am not starting now. And I know plenty of wealthy people who can afford to pay full price and they will not do it either. They know better.

It's been a while since I've been here and they definitely have a wide variety of stores. We did stop by and see the Easter bunny. The staff was super nice. They were doing a little dances and keeping the kids entertained. Also, we did find the coffee shop called E bar near Nordstrom. Which was pretty good actually. For lunch, we did stop at the food court, but I wouldn't eat there again. The food was terrible at wok o holic. There is better food outside the food court.

On my last visit, I found an extra-large bar shaker, which was such a win. It's perfect for making cocktails for a group instead of having to mix multiple rounds. Little finds like that are why I keep coming back!

Do not trust the associates when you put an item on hold, they will sell it unapologetically…read more I placed 2 ottomans on hold with an employee that were at the very front of the store. It was a great find, and I knew it would get picked up immediately, so I wanted to make sure that they held them for me while I shopped around as they were too big to fit in a cart. I urged the associate to do more than just place a sticky note on it that says "CSS" (customer still shopping) and at minimum take my name if she's unwilling to place behind the 2 ottomans behind the counter like I had requested. She assured me not to worry, and that both will be available to purchase when I go to checkout. Well guess what?! They ended up selling both of the ottomans I had put on hold while I was shopping! The associate didn't even apologize and the manager wasn't willing to lift a finger to make it better. I was so upset I ended up cancelling my transaction for the other items I had shopped for and left. Do NOT trust these associates to actually hold your items, even when you urge them to take more info/action. The least that should've been done was offering a discount on the other products I was planning to purchase (I even asked the manager, and she said "no" and was equally as unapologetic as the associate who was supposed to hold my items). Purely infuriating & dissappointing, will be avoiding returning to this store at all costs.
