Daniel is the best! I called this location on a Wednesday evening in need of a suit by Saturday. This was after regrettably visiting a competitive retailer and being extremely disappointed. I advised Daniel over the phone what I was looking for and was very much aware that it was a very short time frame. Daniel assured me that he would do his best to make it happen. I immediately drove over here from St. Pete and met with Daniel in person. He was incredibly helpful. It has probably been about 10 years since I have purchased a suit so I didn't know what to expect. I was certainly a tad surprised at the prices of suits these days, but it didn't sway me from the fact that I needed one. Daniel took the time to get me measured up and then found me a suit that was actually on clearance and only needed minor alterations. He was very confident that I could have the suit in time for my event on Saturday (which was less than 3 days away). He even assured me that he would personally take it to another store to get it tailored if he had to. Daniel also took the time to find the perfect suit, ties, and cuff-links that was all a perfect match. I ended up purchasing two shirts, and two ties, cuff-links, and a nice pair of christmas socks. I proceed to call the store on Saturday and Daniel actually answered the phone and advised me that the suit was ready for pick-up. I was incredibly pleased overall with the service and quality. If you know me, you know I rate things fairly. Had an appointment for my fiancé to try on suits/tux for our wedding. Store associate was insanely rude. He saw us come in, continued to collect trash, and when we had to ask him about the appointment he seemed annoyed. After a couple of back and forth "I don't understand" scenarios, he finally showed us a book. Literally just walked to the back and pulled it out without any greeting nothing. Was there w my fiancé and my mom who both work in sales and DAMN that was bad. I highly recommend NOT to do business with them. Luckily, we found a men's warehouse and walked in without an appointment & was treated like royalty. WOWWW!!! Truly think that this store shouldn't be in business with that guy around. Also, he attempted to take credit for our appointment and reached out a couple days later after treating us so poorly. NOPE! Seriously, don't go to them. I went to pick up my suit that I paid to be altered. I was coming from a good 20 miles away, so it's not around the corner. I was asked to arrive before 5:30 so that, if the tailor needed to make adjustments, it would be done. The jacket was never finished, and the wedding I am attending is in two days. They made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told to wear the suit and bring it back--what? I had to call Men's Wearhouse on Dale Mabry, and they were able to accommodate me. On top of that, I tried to buy a pair of shoes, and they were damaged. Again, no attempt was made to help me or order another pair. When Ed Santos was the manager, this never happened. Jos. A. Today, 01/24/2026, We were looking for a suit for my husband to wear to our grandsons upcoming christening. No one greeted us when we walked in nor acknowledged we were even there. They were working with a wedding party and I truly understand having to wait. But to be ignored has never been nor will ever be an acceptable business practice. Went in looking for a tux. Help for fitting was decent the first time a little unfriendly and rude but hey what's new in Florida. Found one and had it altered at the store. Picked it up 2 weeks later to try on after alterations. Had no help at all to make sure the alterations looked correct just handed us the tux and basically said good luck and told us to go to the dressing rooms then disappeared. They already got paid so I guess they didn't care if it looked right or not. Service isn't great and they don't really care to complete the look and make sure everything is perfect. Once they sell you they don't care they throw you in the back and expect you to know without help. Didn't ask about the pocket filler or and cuff links literally zero help. I had more assistance at a men's wear house. Only reason we went here was because they were the only ones with a tux we could try on in store that fit before alterations. Oh! And to top it off they sent us off with our tux in a garbage bag not even a regular garment bag when you purchase a suit or tux. read more

Great clothing location. Lots of levels to choose from. Great deals as well. The staff was very attentive and mentioned a lot of options.

Terrible service, place was disgustingly dirty, the assistant who helped us was barely helpful, very inexperienced and didn't even know how to tie a tie. I asked if she can get someone else to show me how to tie the tie and she said she can see if someone knows how. Then a man came to do it and he didn't say one word to us and didn't explain how to do it. Customer service was not in their vocabulary. read more

These folks are awesome! I had never purchased a nice suit before, let alone a tailored one, so I didn't know up from down when I walked into this location. The store manager, Dan, walked through the entire process with me and explained every option available. There was no rush and he really took the time to make sure I got the perfect suit, and he has great taste and recommended a few accessories that I ended up buying as well. Overall a great experience, I will be returning and I highly recommend this spot! read more

This place has a great selection however a core competency of a "fine tailor" would be the ability to make a suit fit perfectly. This store fails in this aspect. Visit 1: I went in and was selecting a suit, Debra helped me put me in a size larger and said they could take it in to make it fit right. They sized me up and I was on my way. Visit 2: 3 weeks later the suit was "tailored". I was in a hurry so I stopped in to pick up suit, I'll try it on at home.... the pants were too short, you could see my socks when standing, the jacket where they had adjusted it was buckled and looked horrible. Visit 3: returned suit, Dan helped me, he said it wasn't right because the suit was the wrong size to start with. He got the smaller suit and fitted me for it stating he could let it out in the sleeve where it was tight. He said he did me a favor by not charging me additional tailoring charges.... WTF it was their fault in the first place. Visit 4: suit still tight in sleeves other employee put his knee in it to stretch it, didn't work. They went to find tailor but she was out to lunch. Visit 5: back to original suit from visit 1-2 they are going to adjust it, please come back in 1 hour. Visit 6: I leave with suit that finally fits. read more

Just walked into the Westshore location prepared to spend A LOT of money on a few new suits, shirts, etc, for work. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. Walked around the store waiting for someone to say hello, we'll be right with you, anything. Not even a word. Walked around a few more minutes and decided to just leave. Golden rule: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without the customer, your store closes. read more
