It is a new store in Old Hyde Park Village in the newly constructed building on Snow Ave. Bonobos is an on-line retailer. This location is a small brick & mortar fitting store only. They display men's pant, shirts and suits to try on for size. You then make your purchase and the order is shipped directly to you. My three shirts arrived via UPS about 3 days later. I noticed a small flaw in the collar stitching & returned it to the brick & mortar location. The replacement was promptly sent to me. You can also return items via UPS with no return shipping charge. This looks like the retail model of the future. Go to a fitting store for selection of style, color and size (no merchandise available to take home) then have your order shipped from the online warehouse to your door. Works for me.

I advised Daniel over the phone what I was looking for and was very much aware that it was a very short time frame. Daniel assured me that he would do his best to make it happen. I immediately drove over here from St. Pete and met with Daniel in person. He was incredibly helpful. It has probably been about 10 years since I have purchased a suit so I didn't know what to expect. I was certainly a tad surprised at the prices of suits these days, but it didn't sway me from the fact that I needed one. Daniel took the time to get me measured up and then found me a suit that was actually on clearance and only needed minor alterations. He was very confident that I could have the suit in time for my event on Saturday (which was less than 3 days away). He even assured me that he would personally take it to another store to get it tailored if he had to. Daniel also took the time to find the perfect suit, ties, and cuff-links that was all a perfect match. I ended up purchasing two shirts, and two ties, cuff-links, and a nice pair of christmas socks. I proceed to call the store on Saturday and Daniel actually answered the phone and advised me that the suit was ready for pick-up. I was incredibly pleased overall with the service and quality. I'm now a dedicated fan to Jos A Bank and will not consider any other place!
