Footboard and side rail on left side

Whatever you do DON'T buy furniture from Macy's or the protection plan $394.83. I bought the Legacy Classic - Chelsea white bed with headboard, side rail and footboard with storage drawers for $979.00. The white footboard with storage drawers had nicks, so I received a replacement but the color was an off white appearing yellow (and assembly was crappy as the corners of the footboard and side rail should be flush not sticking out beyond side panels) and was told by the Furniture Repair guy (under the Protection Plan) that this is the color for the footboard as it will not match the white side rails because they are particle board! Talk about insulting my intelligence. I told him NOT true this is a replacement footboard with drawers and previous footboard with drawers were white just like the headboard, side rails, and night stand! What a rude, arrogant, hot tempered, idiot of a person bothered by having to come look at a furniture complaint! On a separate order a week after bed order, I had ordered the matching nightstand $515.63 and dresser $854.93. The night stand was delivered with the bed, as Macys told me the dresser was NOT received with the nightstand when it came in from NJ. I later checked on delivery status of the dresser to be told I had received it! OMFG! 6 weeks later after investigating Macy's called me to say they discovered dresser never left warehouse in NJ! No shit!! So 2 weeks after that, 2 months from purchase date I called looking for dresser again but ended up just cancelling the whole order and am having them pick up furniture received. They have a serious breakdown in their process! Macy's customer service, the delivery company, and the Furniture Repair company in the Wesley Chapel, Fl area are the worst!! Save your self the time, and headache and buy else where. Who would have thought discount furniture stores are better than Macy's! I'll still shop at Macy's but would NEVER purchase furniture from them ever again! I'll let you know if refund for ALL (including the dresser that I was accused of having received, then they admit it never left NJ but still couldn't give me a delivery date) is successful or if that get's screwed up like everything about these 2 furniture orders! I'd love to get phone number or email address for Macy's CEO to let the individual know about my OVERALL experience with Macy's. Once quality, customer service, honesty, integrity, reliability and accountability are compromised consistently with no process improvement it's just a matter of time before the doors are closed for good!

(This review does not cover product pricing.) I don't normally shop @ chain stores (or often visit actual physical stores period), but on the hunt for a specific brand of skinny legged pants, I stopped in here. I also stopped in to return an online pants order. I was taken back by the treatment I received. A festive older woman (wearing an adorably large Christmas tree headband & a big smile) welcomed me into the store, & completed my return quickly. She was very friendly & talkative. What an EXCELLENT first impression of her & the company she represents! The younger staffer on the second floor in the clothing department (black woman on 12/6 whose name starts w/ a "G") COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! Along w/ being so friendly, she insisted on helping me find what I wanted. In fact, without asking, she assisted me two separate times. She was extremely knowledgeable of the store, its products, & their location on the floor. The older, well-dressed, & classy black woman (on the second foor & whose name begins w/ an "H") was also WONDERFUL. She explained in detail the weekend special-- all clothing 30% off the posted prices (which included marked down merchandise). The store manager smiled & subsequently spoke w/ me as I walked past him-- another very friendly company representative. This large chain store offered excellent sales throughout (on items, of course, that are priced too high to start w/). The inventory was extensive & the brightly lit store appeared spotless w/ each rack well-organized. This particular location now carries a complete line of living room, dining room, & bedroom furniture-- see pic. Returning items to the store is a simple process & staff/management could NOT have been nicer. What a GREAT shopping experience! Definitely the best chain experience to date. There is plenty of parking outside this Wiregrass location. I will definitely consider a return trip even though I prefer smaller stores & online shopping; my first experience here was EXCELLENT. I apologize for being horrible recalling names-- even w/ my wonderful students, recall takes me forever & a day:) I do hope management sees this review.

I'm a time of covid, the store was empty. Very sorry about all of that. I had gotten a Christmas present, that, I did not feel was worth the money & was made so flimsy, I was afraid to wear it. The return was quite easy, as was parking. Unfortunately, I did not see I shopper. The mall is a little village, but finding a store, is terrible! What's a girl to do? There is quality jewelry & jewelry, I pass on the second.

Macy's used to be so nice and clean. I haven't been in about 8 months because the footing rooms are always so filthy!!!

this is about the citrus park store. the two women working there on Xmas eve had Hispanic rap music…read moreblaring so load you could not have a conversation. when I went to pay for 2 shirts, one was a medium because I was unable to find a small, the medium shirt was missing the tag. the cashier called the other employee to bring one with a tag and I asked her when she came up if it was a small. she said yes but I could not have it because it was her's. like WTF! this store has a lot to learn about how to treat the customer starting with the inappropriate music to customer service. not shopping here again.

We are going on two years into Covid and this place still has their dressing rooms closed. Sign…read moresays due to rising Covid cases (lie) so it's obviously an old sign but anyways, I find it absolutely ridiculous that they haven't updated the policy and allow people to try clothing on considering they have the worst return policy out of any retail clothing company I've ever shopped at. No cash refunds, only a store credit?! Seriously?! And returns must be made within 15 days. Laughable. The only reason I've even walked into this store is because I have a teenage daughter who has no idea what "quality" clothing is. I understand that it's supposedly "company policy" about the dressing rooms but the rude girls working today need to relay to them that people are walking out without making a purchase due to their ridiculous rules.
