Donna Nelson was a God send! I was in so much pain in my feet from arthritis I was in tears. After…read moregoing to a podiatrist 5 days earlier and purchasing $50 inserts, my feet had gotten worse instead of better. After working several hours and hurting, I decided, to hell with the podiatrist I needed to go try Happy Feet Plus in Wesley Chapel Florida, a 40 minute drive from the house. I walked in the store and was greeted by Donna. Donna explained the scanning process and revealed my true show size (8 EE), she placed the correct inserts in my old tennis shoes, my feet were 100% better! I haven't had relief in so long that I thought I was going to be forever crippled with pain and in a wheel chair. Donna then recommended a pair of sandals, since they didn't have any work or casual shoes in my size in the store, I put them on and what relief, to be able to walk again without the sharp pain radiating from my feet. After spending quality time with Donna, I walked out with two pairs of shoes and inserts for my old shoes. Donna spent a lot of time with me and I am so grateful for her understanding and her help. I've always had wide feet and had a hard time finding shoes that fit growing up. When I had to shop for shoes before, I would pass the Happy Feet Plus stores thinking it had "old people shoes" BOY I was wrong. I am now a permanent customer forever! I will say the shoes were a little pricey but they are high quality and I would had paid any price for the relief from the pain. Thank you Donna! Then it was time for her to leave, so Dawn took over, helped me go through a couple of sizes, loaned me a tester shirt, and took videos so I could coordinate with my advisor. I bought two bikinis on my first visit. Despite them surprisingly not coming in a protective bag, I gave them each one when I got home. I wore one bikini three times, gently washing it in the sink with soap each time after use, air drying it and then popping it back in the bag. However, on the third wash I noticed the back of the bikini bottoms look about a hundred years old, with white patches and bubbling (please see pictures). I went back to the store but it was a week and a half beyond the paltry 21-day return period so I was directed to the customer service general number. I did finally get through to a real person who told me to send an email with pictures, which I immediately did. Long story short, they are categorically refusing to replace the item saying I have damaged it on a rough surface. Note I only wore the bikini in my own pool. If you cannot sit down in your own hot tub with your bikini on, for an hour each time, then what point is there to the bikini at all? I have repeatedly complained believing that there is a quality issue with this fabric (I noticed it contains Spandex which my other swimwear does not) but they will simply not accept it. Since the bottoms match the top I now have a completely useless item after owning it just 4.5 weeks and so have wasted $150, which is a lot of money to me. I don't mind paying good money for quality but clearly this is NOT it. I have not worn the second bikini yet but I'm not holding out much hope and I am nervous about wearing it at all since I clearly can't sit down in it. I am deeply upset and would only advise that you steer clear of this low quality, crappy customer service place and spend your good money elsewhere. I would have given zero stars if this were an option.

She ignored us and didn't say a word and then there was another employee in the next aisle over who looked at her coworker (without acknowledging us) and said "I just mopped in there, it's probably wet." Again neither of them said anything to us for about a minute until I said "so can he use it?" With my son clearly next to me wiggling in distress and this lady who had not said a single word to me or looked in my direction said "well she just said she mopped it and it's wet" I stood there in disbelief for a second and said "so that's a no?" And neither one of them said anything to us. I walked out saying "wow you guys are really weird for that" I actually usually buy all of my shoes from famous footwear but I will never be stepping in this location and probably no other location ever again. They should not be retail employees.

I am so happy we took a detour. My mom was helped by two salesmen who got her a few styles of New Balance sneakers in her size. They have lots of sneakers and many styles to choose from.
