She called customer service for us to find out how to redeem our coupon points, and she offered to press our pants we just purchased!! In all the stores we shopped, no one ever told us that this was an option they offered. We drive 45 minutes to shop here, bc we love the customer service. We pass many other JOS A bank stores along the way. This store is worth the drive.

It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

I took up fragrance back and they try to talk me into the fact that it was not their product and that I was confused that I did not buy it there. They told me I bought it at JCPenney. I went to JCPenney and they said they do not carry that product. Come to find out that this is a practice that the fragrance people there do all the time. I will not be back to Macy's. What a dishonest practice I purchased so many items from Macy's for Christmas and I'm sure hoping that none of my family have the same issue. I own my own business for 18 years and that's probably why that Macy's will be going out of business.

Then it was time for her to leave, so Dawn took over, helped me go through a couple of sizes, loaned me a tester shirt, and took videos so I could coordinate with my advisor. I was able to get two suits for the less than the price of one due to the outlet prices and a Labor Day weekend sale. Woohoo!

The store is huge and there is PLENTY of staff walking around to help you with any questions. My daughter found some Dickies jeans which she tried on a few different styles but finally was able to choose one. Pricing at $45 was reasonable I think as I typically pay around that or more for mine. They do Lysol down the fitting room door and inside once patrons leave...so keeping it sanitary. And the girl working the fitting room area that day had it very organized....I was so impressed. There are racks near the fitting room area that are clearance and currently have 50% the sticker price -- so you could get a Vans sweatshirt for around $20. They have men, women and kids attire....also sell a variety of Jansport backpacks and a wall display of shoes.

They politely asked a female employee (black hair, black top, tattoos) if they can please have a fitting room. The employee told them that "she doesn't have time for this little kid shit" and walked away. I was about to approach the employee and realized that it would be a pointless conversation seeing as she already swore at my child. Needless to say she spent her Christmas money elsewhere.

STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

They've been taking care of our dry cleaning needs for several years. Alterations can be a little…read morepricey but worth the great quality. We're loyal customers.
