It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

As soon as I walked in the door, a helpful young woman offered to help me find sizes and colors to start my fitting. Then it was time for her to leave, so Dawn took over, helped me go through a couple of sizes, loaned me a tester shirt, and took videos so I could coordinate with my advisor. I was able to get two suits for the less than the price of one due to the outlet prices and a Labor Day weekend sale. Woohoo!

LOL This location is within the Premium Outlet Mall in Tampa. Masks required to enter and shop. They do have their fitting rooms open and are not limiting capacity. The store is huge and there is PLENTY of staff walking around to help you with any questions. My daughter found some Dickies jeans which she tried on a few different styles but finally was able to choose one. Pricing at $45 was reasonable I think as I typically pay around that or more for mine. They do Lysol down the fitting room door and inside once patrons leave...so keeping it sanitary. And the girl working the fitting room area that day had it very organized....I was so impressed. There are racks near the fitting room area that are clearance and currently have 50% the sticker price -- so you could get a Vans sweatshirt for around $20. They have men, women and kids attire....also sell a variety of Jansport backpacks and a wall display of shoes.

I rang Tilly's first thing this morning and a young gal by the name of Hannah had answered-right off the bat she was charismatic, professional and down to help. I inquired about product availability on a few different pairs of sandals there in this particular store location...within just a couple of minutes she popped back on the phone and had my Rainbow's in stock and offered to hold them upfront-AWESOME! A few hours later my husband and I had made it in and was graciously helped by not only Hannah but Jennifer as well. The gals had my Rainbow's up at the front counter, so we went ahead and roamed aimlessly for jewelry, men's apparel, Vans, blah blah blah...basically anything that we dug and wanted! The entire time that my husband and I were there both Jennifer and Hannah were completely available, helpful and talkative- I have to admit that our convo's organically became really refreshing because it turned into random crap that wasn't really relevant but completely embraced. Randomly, Jennifer had mentioned that she had visited Huntington Beach, Ca just a couple of weeks prior for a company (Tillys) event...the "random" part of all of that is the fact that Huntington Beach, Ca is where I was born n' raised. It was rad to see Jennifer's face light-up while she was telling us about her trip. Clearly, I love ramble but hands down these 2 girls were pretty damn awesome and great representatives of Tilly's. By the time that we had left I literally felt like I had a couple of new girlfriends....and my husband was hoping for some pillow fighting...in slow motion...not joking...and I'm totally ok with that! STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

They've been taking care of our dry cleaning needs for several years. Alterations can be a little…read morepricey but worth the great quality. We're loyal customers.
