When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I tried to explain that it was a suit and only fixing the pants didn't help me at all. The man that works there said I should have told him not to fix the pants, if they couldn't fix the jacket, but i didn't know until I picked up the suit and I was initially told both could be altered. I was charged separately for the vest of a three piece suit and if I recall it was around $9 just for the vest. I again gave them a shot with two laundered shirts. How bad could it be... When I picked them up tonight, I was charged $7.93 for one and $4.05 for the other and neither was starched as requested. $11.98 for two laundered shirts. I vote for service with my dollar and I vote no to McNatt's.
