She went well above and beyond what she initially told us was possible. She adjusted shoulder lengths and necklines on a heavily beaded, sequin, lace appliqué and chiffon bridal gown, and also perfectly shaped a detachable overskirt with a long train. The fit and finish were absolutely flawless. She also tailored my husband's tux, which required full adjustments to the pants, jacket, and vest -- and even tailored the shirt underneath due to some very last-minute weight loss (must be nice, right? ). I was charged separately for the vest of a three piece suit and if I recall it was around $9 just for the vest. I again gave them a shot with two laundered shirts. How bad could it be... When I picked them up tonight, I was charged $7.93 for one and $4.05 for the other and neither was starched as requested. $11.98 for two laundered shirts. I vote for service with my dollar and I vote no to McNatt's.
