I started back using McNatt's because I forgot why I stopped using them. I noticed in July when I used them that a could not get a straight answer on the piece cost of my items, but I still left them. The prices were ridiculous... I was charged separately for the vest of a three piece suit and if I recall it was around $9 just for the vest. I again gave them a shot with two laundered shirts. How bad could it be... When I picked them up tonight, I was charged $7.93 for one and $4.05 for the other and neither was starched as requested. $11.98 for two laundered shirts. I vote for service with my dollar and I vote no to McNatt's. read more

I have used this setting for years but I brought in several dresses for cleaning the other day and the belt to one of my dresses was lost. I called but did not receive a call back so went in personally to the store and they said no one had it. I know it was on the dress when I dropped it off. I need the management to make this right-either reimburse me for a belt or actually find the one that was lost. read more

not only did this location lose the belt to my wife's dress she can longer use now they also managed to steam a sticker into another article of clothing plus my expensive dress shirts now have miscellaneous red marks on the front of them. this is absolutely ridicoulous. of course they will not make it right. will no longer use this place at all and recommend that everybody stay away from here. will make sure everyone knows what an awful service this is read more

I don't even think they washed the dress that I took in. I told them don't press it and they said they pressed it. I might as well have just learned how to wash my item delicately at home. Thank god my dress wasn't damaged, after reading the terrible reviews on here (which I wish I had done first) I went over my dress minutely to make sure it was fine (and it was, thankfully). I paid $14 on one item just to go home and have to wash it again. Worst dry cleaner experience. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

The WORSE experience ever! I took my new dress that I had only worn once to get cleaned for my bridal party. Well my mother picked it up for me and when I saw my dress it had a hole in the front. Mind you they did not tell my mother it had been damage by them, had her pay for it and claimed it had a previous damage. I went there the following day and complained about the damage to the dress which I needed the following day. The lady who seems to be the manager,( I do not remember her name but she has blonde hair, has missing/yellow, and smells like cigarettes was the one who I dealt with) claimed to always make it right for the Customer if they damage the customers property and it would be sent out to claims and I would receive a check for what it's worth. She was also the lady who took the dress to be cleaned when I took it and agreed that the damage was new and not there previously. Well I went two more time after the 4 weeks that she told me to wait, mind you she had my contact information but never reached out, I was always told they new nothing and would have to come back. Now 8 weeks later I finally catch her and she tells me oh the claims refused to Pay for the dress because it was a manufacture defect and therefore not dry cleaners fault. I told her That was ridiculous because they were the ones that ruined my dress and she said well what do you expect every time we get a piece of clothing and it gets damaged and it's a manufacture issue we have to pay for it? I told her I understood that but to wait eight weeks to tell me the dress can't be paid for, having me go back-and-forth trying to get a hold of her never reaching out to me and the fact is they still had pay them for ruining my dress and now they won't pay for its replacement is ridiculous. bad customer service, bad communication they damage your clothes don't compensate you and they do not make it right for the customer. I Told the lady to give me back my dress and that I would be writing the review for what happen because it was horrible and the lady said oh I love it how people like to give threats. I told her no it's not a threat and your business may not go out of business but people have the right to know how you treat customers and how you don't take care of them and they can think about it one more time if they really want to go there when they know if something happens to their property you will not make it right and you Do not take care of the customer and you're rude about it. Now I have to see if the store will replace my dress and they probably won't because no refuses or exchanges after 30days. I will never go there again. Crazy because after I Dropped off my dress at the dry cleaners to get it clean I went to Men's Wearhouse and bought my husband some suits in the warehouse managers told me oh for dry cleaners don't ever go to mcnatt's because they always screw up your clothes and they never take care of you. wish I could've known that before taking my dress and finding out it was true and Becoming a victim of their bad care. this is why am writing my review so other people know. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The ladies that work the drop off and pick up are great. However, Harry Jr who oversees the actual dry cleaning at the factory is the problem. In the fall of 2022 I dropped off a white wool coat for dry cleaning. It had two very small spots, otherwise it looked brand new. When I picked the coat back up, it literally had sporadic stains all over the entire coat and belt, and the overall color was a fully ashy color. Fast forward, after 3 more attempts to remove the dry cleaning solvent stains, the coat just did not look the same. Not all the stains came out, the fabric looked worn out and the shiny gold buttons were all scratched up. Harry Jr admitted they had been having issues with solvent stains on white/cream fabrics and if they could not remove the stains or I was not happy with the look of the coat, he would put in a claim and I would be reimbursed for the amount of the coat (or have a dry cleaning credit...no thank you). This started in the fall 2022, and has been dragging out and unresolved as of today, March 30, 2023. I returned my coat to the cleaners at Harry Jr's request over a month ago and I have not heard a peep. I have left 4 messages and not one has been returned. This is not the way a professional or a business operates. They ruined my coat, promised I would be compensated, took my coat, and have done nothing. I think I have been more then patient. I will never do business with them again. read more

Bad customer service and expensive. They wrote my name and #83 in pen on the tags of 8 pieces of my 4 Calvin Klein suits. I spent over $200 on each of my suits. I go in to tell them about it and they didn't care. They said they do that to all of the clothing. They told me a manager would call me yesterday and I still haven't received a call. I still haven't gotten an apology or any compensation. I'm never going to a McNatt's again because of this. read more

I have been going here for 5 years probably spend close to $1500 a year there and the past few times have become annoyed with how they handle snap button shirts. Their pricing isn't the cheapest and the issues I've had lately for outweigh my ability to keep going there. I'm going take my business elsewhere. The staff is very nice though. To all customers who use McNatt's Dry Cleaning for services at any/all locations: (I went to the Lutz location) Be aware that these associates along with ownership have zero customer service skills and no desire to help resolve any matters. I brought in my $500.00 comforter to be dry cleaned as they promote on their website: "Let us keep your bedspreads, comforters, pillows, tablecloths and other household items clean and fresh." and they ended up damaging it (sections of it have been shrunk and the material is distorted and rough). I reached out to the location and brought it back for them in an attempt to correct the issue on Friday, April 20th,2018. I was informed that they would send it to their supervisor who was going to attempt to repair it or they may have to file a claim if it can't be repaired. They sent it to their supervisor who then returned it to the store on Friday, April 27th. I opened the item while still in the store and absolutely nothing had been done to repair it. I requested the owner's contact information to attempt to get this matter resolved and made the phone call. I spoke to Nita (at the Florida Ave. location) who assured me that Mr.McNatt was there and he would call me by the end of the day (this call was placed at 11:47 AM). At 3:25 that same day I still hadn't received a call back so did a follow up call. I spoke with Jeanene (at the Florida Ave. location) who was disgustingly rude, had zero customer service and who continued to talk over me. She refused to let me know when I could expect a call back from Mr.McNatt himself and insisted that there was no way to get a call back today as I was told I would. They advertise on their website that they have: "For more than 70 years, McNatt's Cleaners has been offering you convenient dry cleaning services, including same-day service. We have 21 different locations, so when you need a dry cleaner, trust the numerous customers who have said" That is an absolutely false statement! As a business owner whose statements are as bold as the one listed above, you owe your customers the respect they deserve. I entrusted in this business and they failed to deliver the excellent service they say they have. This item is only (1) pieces of an entire bedroom set that has matching drapes and accent pillows. Went to this cleaner for the first and last time. Took in four items including two silk shirts. All the items were more wrinkled than when I brought them in. All items were tightly bound together and when I separated them I found the lapels and cuffs bunched and folded over. Took them back the next day and showed the staff. I was told I could pick them up the next day and requested the items be separated to prevent wrinkling. When I picked the items up, they were still wrinkled, lapels creased from being folded over and cuffs STILL bunched up. All that was done was to separate them into individual packages. This place is pricey (over $30) but provided inferior service. I will not even be back to show them again. I will go elsewhere. read more
