I was told about Express Alterations & tailoring so I decided to take them there. Wow, this place did an awesome job. They were honest. They compare my shirt to a real medium and all of my shirts were like XXL ... seriously! Express alteration told me they would need to rebuild the shirt again using the fabric from each shirt. I loved the shirts so I left them. Less than a week they were ready. Wow, there were exactly my size and the look was exactly the same as what I purchased. STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I tried to explain that it was a suit and only fixing the pants didn't help me at all. The man that works there said I should have told him not to fix the pants, if they couldn't fix the jacket, but i didn't know until I picked up the suit and I was initially told both could be altered.
