I have to post this very negative review due to lack of customer service from the owner of this particular location. I am going to describe exactly what happened in this situation. I brought a leather jacket to be cleaned on October 28th to be dry cleaned and the young assistant working that day told me it was going to be $10 and will be ready on the 30th at 5:00PM which was not accurate but she had only 3 days of training I was told later. I received a voice mail on November 5th that the jacket was ready and it was going to be $ 102.39. I was shocked and called the cleaner right away. I was told that I was mis-quoted and it was going to be $102.39 and that the manager would call me back which did not happen. Today, November 6th, I went to pick up the jacket and Sharon was very understanding and apologies and try everything to get customer service to understand my frustration. I just said I understand the mistake but the cleaner should have called me back before proceeding with the cleaning and ask me if I wanted to still do it ( I would not have agreed since the jacket is 30 years old) . Sharon really went out of her way but still they would not compromise. It is what I call an unhealthy place to do business and to even work there. Five months ago, I took my Alice and Olive black satin jacket, white INC top along with at least 15 more items only for the cleaners to ruin my satin jacket by ironing it and cannot locate my white INC top. I gave specific instructions to steam not iron. I have tried on numerous occasions for a refund for my ruin and missing items and nothing. They claim to have dry cleaned it again only for it to look the same way. Now, Cheryl contacts me today after 5 months to say that it did not happen at their store and it looks like someone used a hand iron and she had no knowledge of my missing top. This place is horrible, racist, unreliable and don't care about their customers. Do not use any of their locations! Management is useless and the owner is a coward who cannot face its customers to make thing right. They do not take accountability for their actions. If I could give them no stars I would.......took in some short sleeve shirts and requested medium starch on hangers.........first trip, two shirts were on old used hangers and never starched or ironed.........requested a do over.........same result and 3rd request......shirts looked exactly the same as when I brought them in the first time!!! Obviously I complained and both clerks agreed with me and indicated they changed their "systems" and getting a ton of complaints........so don't waste your time. Been there twice so far and they have messed up my uniform tops both times. Asked for open collar on all 3 the first time and they still pressed them with the top button closed. gave them another shot and emphasized open collar because it wasn't done last time and yet again no open collar. Lady even wrote it down in the notes but nothing. Receipt didn't say it on pickup either. I always give a dry cleaner two opportunities before I move on and now it's time. This company is very informal and terrible customer service. Since Dec 24, 2019, I delivered 2 black dry cleaning pants and they returned them to me with white lines and a horrible smell. This afternoon I picked up a shirt and had the unfortunately experience of hearing how the manager (owner?) speaks to the teenagers who work there while they were trying to help a customer with a problem. If that individual is reading this, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Nobody deserves to be spoken to the way you spoke to those girls, let alone kids. Even worse, another customer in the store said it's not the first time she's heard employees being verbally abused in such a way. We both walked out and I will never return. I've been using Quality Plus Cleaners for the last 3 years, mainly due to the convenience factor. Prior to COVID-19, I would estimate I spent between $100 to $125 there per month. 80% of the time, they do a decent job - I'd give a 3.5 to 4 on a scale of 5. But when they fall short, they really fall short. Today for example: The associate working there a. had to ask my name 3 times, b. tried to give me only 75% of my clothes, and c. couldn't tell me if my coupon got applied, as the price appeared to be extremely high. It was only 15 minutes but this place needs a manager to be supervising these young kids - seeing that a big line of cars was building at the drive through, I said enough, took my finally complete order, and left. The worst is when I arrived home. I had 2 suits cleaned. Both pairs of pants still had wrinkles on the backs of the legs where they sit at the knee and the lapels on each coat are awful. Depending on the occasion, I may have to get each cleaned again prior to wearing. Any recommendations for other dry cleaning services in Land O Lakes would be much appreciated. We have used this cleaners for 4 years but no more. They are very hard on buttons. Every time I get shirts back, there are buttons broken off or crumbled. Which is ok if they will replace them for free. But now the "care center" wants to charge us for button replacements when they break them. We will find a family owned cleaner where customer service is at a premium. read more

First of all, the prices are not as advertised, $12 & up actually means $17 , $5 & up closer to 10. However they do not tell you the final price when you drop off. Nope b/c most people would see how ridiculous the prices were & go elsewhere. They wait until you come back & then when you ask to speak to the owner she refuses to talk to you but you can here her yelling profanities at her employee on the phone about you. Be careful. I rarely use dry cleaners but I needed to for a school uniform dress to be returned. Dropped off on a Sunday and they said no problem quoted me and said it would be ready Monday. I didn't get a receipt because the young lady had no paper left for her. Went back Thursday and they said it was lost "but they would find it". Friday they called and said they found it. Went Friday and "truck was late" . Saturday they say they have it. I go to get it and the price went up $4. So asked about discounting it due to inconvenience and she said she didn't have ability to it. So I paid. She returned with over $7 in quarters! Saying "they" don't bring her money for change. "NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE " My husband and I went to this dry cleaners and my husband's had his custom made suit there and they damaged the suit was ripped on both arms. When trying to resolve the issue they denied they did it, were very unwilling to honor my claim and were overall unresponsive in my attempts to discuss the issue. There is no real manager on duty, only employees that state they have to contact a manager at their main office. Nobody will call you back, you'll have to do all the follow up and keep getting a run around. If you value your clothing find another place that will stand behind their mistakes. I understand accidents happen but not owning up to damaging a product and correcting the situation is not acceptable. Look at other reviews, consistently poor across the board. DO NOT use this cleaners, they are not honorable and don't care about the client experience. They really DESERVE ZERO star. read more

I've used this location a few times for ordinary household dry cleaning--things like comforters and shams, never clothing. With a toddler around, ain't nobody got time for dry-clean only clothing. They have always been helpful, organized, prompt, and--best of all--honest about what they can and can't do. We brought in a mess with nail polish, and they told us point-blank they probably couldn't get it out of the fabric. I appreciate their honesty, and will definitely use them again! Terrible service! Just awful. They never open on time, they can never get my clothes done same day which they advertise. They wanted to charge me more for rush even though I arrived at 8am - but because no one opened the store on time. They said they were way too busy to do my clothes same day! Yet I was there at 7:15 and no one was there - what kind of store says they will open at 7 but no one shows up until 8?! I'm so disappointed and will be going elsewhere! This place is a joke. Ruined my sport coat in Feb 18, 2019. Have been hassled, promise, ignored and here I am over 3 months later with no resolution. Spoke with Lori and Kim who came up with a settlement amount 4 weeks ago and told me I would have a check in 2 weeks, but 4 weeks have gone by and they have never come thru with it. Have used this dry cleaner for a while now. I had some bad experiences early on but gave them another chance but once again had a bad experience that is causing me to leave them for good! I took two very nice linen shirts to them and when they came back they had multiple rips and tears under the arms on both shirts, in the exact same spots. When I questioned them about the damage they refused to do anything about it and told me it was because of my perspiration. The shirts were not that old and had not been worn that much. To do as much business as I do with them and get no satisfaction on this was the last straw for me. They are not a well run business and I highly recommend that you look for an alternative in the area. Incredibly poor customer service and lack of appreciation for good, loyal patrons. There are a lot of other good dry cleaners in this area I recommend you stay away from this company. read more

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. My dad and I went last week to dry clean my dad's Burberry coat. the employee there took all the pieces off the coat and told us to come back. When we came back one of the piece was not there. The staff who took the pieces off the coat last week was helping us but she was lying that she never received the coat from us. So I asked to give me a refund back for the coat and she said she can't. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she didn't let me speak to anyone. She was saying she does not know what I am talking about. So a customer who was there knew exactly what I was talking about and told the staff that there should be a piece around the neck. So the staff said that someone will give me a call back before noon. I didn't receive any calls so I called them. The answer was: "My supervisor came and said that there is nothing missing!" So I asked, is this how your dealing with this situation. and she said, "there's nothing missing." So I asked Can I have your supervisor's number. and she said they dont have a number but only an email. In conclusion, they lost a piece that we clearly saw them taking off. they took our money and cant give any refund back the staff who took the pieces off lied that she was not the one who took the pieces off. the staff is saying that nothing is missing and there's nothing to be done about it. the supervisor can't be reach. This is my first time uploading a review. It was my dad's favorite coat. and they can't do anything with the problem they have caused. There's no one to speak to who can solve the problem. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! On May 9th, almost 2 months to the day, I brought in a king size down comforter to be cleaned. It did not have anything wrong with it other than I wanted to have it freshened. It was looked at by Tina who was working the desk, who in fact stated that it was in great condition, no stains and no markings of any sort. I was told to come back in one week to pick it up. Not once, not twice but three times they sent back the wrong comforter and advised me that the tag had fallen off and it was lost somewhere. THEY COULD NOT FIND IT! After 3 weeks of waiting patiently it was found, God knows where, and it was DIRTY AND STAINED! Needless to say I was beyond upset. They tried to clean it but to no avail. Stains did not come out. I was advised to bring in a receipt and assured that I would be compensated for my damaged comforter. I did as asked. They did not like what the receipt said. That it was too much money. I advised them that initially I just wanted to have my comforter cleaned. That's it! Due to their carelessness I was now fighting to have my comforter replaced. I have had nothing but issues as everyone, other than Tina, just want to pass the buck. I was actually advised that the person who is in charge of complaints, Ginny, said that they would absolutely not pay the claim and that I should pick the comforter up and take it somewhere else to be cleaned. Noone wants to take responsibility for ruining my comforter. I was advised that the owner, Hass Agemy, was contacted and would review and be in contact with me for compensation. To date, I have not heard from Mr. Agemy. So now I don't have a comforter and I have not been compensated. They have not heard the end of this.
