I rarely, if ever require dry cleaning services, however I recently purchased a bed comforter set from UGG that requires it to be dry cleaned. The prices for dry cleaning is comparable with other cleaners. I came into Elite cleaners and dropped off my comforter and 2 shams. The service was helpful, fast and efficient. I dropped the items off at the end of a work day and got a scheduled pick up time for 2 days later. Initially when going to pick it up, there was no ticket for it and my name couldn't be found for my order, but it was quickly cleared up. I would go again for my cleaning needs. read more

I found Elite Cleaners on Google and came to get my clothes dry cleaned due to the stellar reviews. On my first visit, I dropped off my items and requested that a pair of pants be dry cleaned without a crease. When I came to pick up my items, a crease had been put into my pants. I let the cleaners know, and they said they would get the crease out. I also dropped off additional items in addition to the pair of pants that the cleaners needed to fix. Fast forward to today; I went to pick up my items and had a question about the charge. When I went to ask an employee at the Cleaners about the amount of my bill, they became soo defensive with me. I had a question about my total bill and was honestly surprised and taken aback by the employee's demeanor with me. I will not be returning due to that interaction. I left the cleaners feeling like I was being tolerated and not valued as a potential long-term customer. It is sad because the cleaners did a pretty decent job with my clothes. I cannot get over the way I left feeling. To the owners of the cleaners, please remember that people will forget, what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. read more

This dry cleaner ruined my comforter and refused to replace what they destroyed or reimburse me at all despite undeniable evidence that it was their fault! (They washed it in a washing machine on hot rather than dry cleaning it as requested.). Manager was also extremely rude and did so in front of my child. read more

On Saturday a lovely young lady went to the Cleaners to get her uniform not realizing they closed at 3 and it was almost 5:30. She was being comissioned in the Air Force the next day. I was leaving my business next door and she asked me if I had the owner's phone number. After calling Mark, they made plans to meet on Sunday. She offered him extra money which he turned down. When I lived in Temple Terrace, I selected Elite cleaners by chance. I dis-covered they were hands down the best dry cleaners I have ever used. They know how to remove stains like no other dry cleaning service I have ever used. Plus, you pick up your items and never have to worry about stapled tags or pins that you have to remember to remove. I now live in South Tampa. I have yet to find a dry cleaner that comes close to what Elite cleaners does. I work at USF. I recently drove from south Tampa with a dress that had a red stain. I knew no dry cleaner in south Tampa could match what they do. True to form, when I picked up the dress, the red stain was gone. Elite dry cleaners are truly amazing. I recently commissioned into the Air Force and brought my (and my boyfriend's) uniforms here to be dry-cleaned before the ceremony. I went to pick them up the day before, only to realize that they had closed early because it was Saturday and wouldn't be open on Sunday. After I had a mini-meltdown in the parking lot, I happened to run into the owner of the store next door who happened to have the phone number of the man who owns the dry cleaner. I explained my situation and offered to drive over and meet me in the morning so that I could pick up our uniforms in time for our commissioning ceremony. When I went to pick them up he refused to allow me to give him a tip of any kind. In fact, he wouldn't take more than a twenty and my bill was $22! Further, my uniforms have been nothing less than excellent every time I've brought them here (most places don't press the pants/sleeves in the same place and leave multiple lines where there should only be one). read more

I was staying at Moffitt overnight for several days while my husband was diagnosed with Leukemia and starting Chemo. I called Elite, and Mark drove to the hospital, found my floor, and picked up my clothing, and is delivering it back to the hospital for a nominal fee. It might not sound like a big deal, but when you're living at the hospital, and miles away from home, it was a BIG deal for me. Very thankful for Mark and Elite Cleaners. Mark saved the day! We discovered a stain on my daughter's homecoming gown and weren't sure if it could be removed or if we had enough time to have it removed. Mark carefully examined the stain, the tags, and all of the bling on the dress before offering a couple of solutions. Luckily he was able to remove the stain and steamed the entire dress at no charge. I will definitely go there again. read more
