We brought it back and they said they could easily get this out and it would be ready the following day; we never received a call. We showed up and they said they would go check on it, but when they came back, they said "yeah it's still not ready but we will try to have it ready tomorrow." We were leaving for our wedding in 48 hours. We finally picked it up and it still had a couple stains on it. This place has terrible service and they clearly don't even know how to dry clean a shirt!

This is a true 3-generation family-owned business, and you can genuinely feel the care and pride they put into everything they do! Their cleaning service is always top-notch -- my clothes come back looking fresh, spotless, and handled with care every single time. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service have never changed, which is so rare to find nowadays. What makes this place even more special is how welcoming and kind everyone is. They've built such a strong reputation in the community for a reason. Supporting a family business like this for so many years has been such a pleasure, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality dry cleaning services!

I'm not impressed with the fit of my jacket and the pants are a bit too short. Also, I was charged for an alteration which was not performed resulting in having to leave my pants for almost another week. Somehow I was charged even more than the original quote. Lastly, when the tailor was actually there and saw me try on my suit he offered no feedback and really seemed to not care about the fit. On a positive note, they did successfully sew a button correctly on a shirt I brought in.

Judy's Tailor Shop does a great job, is affordable and has wonderful customer service. Her and her family would never scream in a customer's face.

The male owner came in was well aware of the situation and cared more about trying to prove me wrong VS ownership and accountability of what happened. I was adding my laundry in the the washer when this employee came over next to me and hit me in the knee with her arm then said "sorry" and started laughing like a hysterical hyena. She never asked if I was okay. I said... actually that's not okay and why are you laughing? I have a bad knee and.... She started screaming at the top of her lungs I said I was sorry. She was screaming so loud I had to bust out my video camera and she immediately stopped yelling. There was another employee that was changing shifts and she asked me what happened and this woman started screaming over me so I couldn't tell her -- I apologized was being screamed by the laughing lady. Well, assaulting (yes, that's the legal term if someone hits you - accidentally or not) as someone with a bad knee in their weak knee then laughing and screaming isn't... OKAY. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm sitting here debating on calling the cops. I have to finish my laundry sadly but it maybe best to file a report. I'm shaking and she yells and laughs at people she just hit in the knee. It wasn't funny. I didn't call the cops because I didn't receive a major injury and I know it was unintentional uncaring about distance and comfort of customers. So, why waste the resources. Update owner came over to me with 10 mins to go on my wash and started freaking out about this review. Truth is truth but coming and freaking out on the person who left the review just shows the chain of command agrees with this poor behavior and added to the BS Update Owner again not wanting to take accountability for his employee came yelling at me again. Mind you this whole entire situation I was minding MY business and they kept messing with me.... Business owners was super pissed at this review. Well, good. He should be pissed at what his employee did to a customer but some peoples priorities are about looking good VS being good.

I live alone and my laundry had become very backed up. Unfortunately, I fell and required an ambulance/hospitalization. Prior to coming home, my sister dropped off my laundry at Pacoa's - finding it conveniently located in Publix Shopping Center, and it was 72 lbs (several items were wet)! When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out.
