I paid $50 to have him do a wash dry and fold for me because I was very injured in my back about a week ago. when I got home and took the laundry out of the bags I noticed that one of my running socks name brand Balega was missing. today, 9/28/26 I am doing my laundry and I brought it to his attention that one of my socks was missing. I even went to the trouble of having everything translated into his native language which is Chinese. he became extremely defensive and kept waving his arms and saying no no no I said please can you read this I've gone to the trouble of putting this in Chinese so you can read it. he refused to read it and told me to get out of the employee area of which I might have had one foot. I am not going to confront him anymore but those socks are $20 a pair and so it is my great loss in his belligerent attitude that has me very angered. he simply wouldn't listen and he wouldn't look at my Chinese translation on my phone. when I asked him if he finds extra socks what does he do with them to throw them away? and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about he just kept throwing his arms around saying no no no go.

After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

I live alone and my laundry had become very backed up. Unfortunately, I fell and required an ambulance/hospitalization. Prior to coming home, my sister dropped off my laundry at Pacoa's - finding it conveniently located in Publix Shopping Center, and it was 72 lbs (several items were wet)! When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it!
