I didn't even think to check what was the price was. My other cleaner charged 4.69 a shirt and 7.99 for pants. I am a big guy and wear a 3x shirt. Not only is Liberty almost $2 more for each shirt, but they actually charged me $2 more dollars because its a 3x and not a regular sized shirt! They charge me more because my shirt is larger, but they dont reduce the cost if you are a small or petite size. If they charge more for a larger sized person, then they should be charging less for a skinny person. Scam scam scam. Stay away from them, find a more reasonable cleaner.

The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

I recently went there to wash a blanket in a regular size machine. Every machine I checked was dirty, inside and out, and the rubber inside the door was torn or loose. I did find one machine that I thought wasn't too bad, but when I removed my white blanket, it had black spots on it that I have not been able to remove. Not going back!

I met the fabulous owners [ Tim and Thomas] in the midst of their Wash & Fold service for customers. That's right - they have a service with free pick-up and delivery [for us lazy peeps]. Prices are very reasonable and you can download Pay Range for cashless payments. If you forget detergent or get hungry, you can purchase snacks and soap from them. Their small but mighty staff is attentive to your belongings while attending to your unmentionables. Great folding job! And all wrapped up for a great presentation. The atmosphere is all around pleasant and I felt safe, something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. They have efficient and ergonomic machines. It took me about 45 minutes for all 4 king size pillows to be washed and dried. I highly suggest coming here to do your laundry. They have a great book you can read, called "Laundry Love" with some awesome laundering and cleaning tips. Who knew using wool balls for the dryer can reduce drying time and spraying vodka can help eliminate smoke odors. I left with some laundry knowledge!
