I didn't even think to check what was the price was. My other cleaner charged 4.69 a shirt and 7.99 for pants. I am a big guy and wear a 3x shirt. Not only is Liberty almost $2 more for each shirt, but they actually charged me $2 more dollars because its a 3x and not a regular sized shirt! They charge me more because my shirt is larger, but they dont reduce the cost if you are a small or petite size. If they charge more for a larger sized person, then they should be charging less for a skinny person. Scam scam scam. Stay away from them, find a more reasonable cleaner.

I brought a dress that needed a slight hem and it had been a day so I didn't have heels- the person at the register just said "You didn't bring shoes? How are we supposed to know how much to take off?" and topped it off with a good laugh. It was so condescending and they weren't able to help out anyways because they didn't have the fabric for the dress but mostly you just never know what type of day someone is having so laughing at a simple mistake and talking down to someone is never a win.

They "repaired" the hole without consulting us and the fix was unacceptable. After a month of my husband calling for a refund, my husband planted himself at the store until they gave him some compensation. Today I discovered a Christmas robe still in the dry cleaners bag washed around the same time as the sweater. The white fur is now pink. I know I should have checked sooner, especially after what happened to the sweater. At this point I don't even want to bother complaining anymore. Do not use these people!!

She said my clothes needed some extra charge because of the elasticity which the shirt definitely wasn't. The reason I'm saying this is because when you bring your clothes in she'll try to find some unreasonable reason to charge you more for the cleaning. Instead of giving you good customer service and wanting you to come back she'll try to get as much as she can regardless of what the reason is. She's mean and super rude but Karma has a way of making it its way around. Be careful and God bless.

STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

I recently went there to wash a blanket in a regular size machine. Every machine I checked was dirty, inside and out, and the rubber inside the door was torn or loose. I did find one machine that I thought wasn't too bad, but when I removed my white blanket, it had black spots on it that I have not been able to remove. Not going back!
