Great laundry & dry cleaning service!!! Super friendly staff! Very clean location. Super convenient…read morespot on Gandy Blvd. Plenty of services to consider using - dry cleaners, laundry, rugs, and far more. I brought in a special, white tablecloth my mother-in-law knitted many years ago and it was stained in numerous areas plus had candle wax melted on it. I washed it at my house but no luck. This team was able to get the tablecloth to look as good as new!!! Just wow!! I should've taken photos of the stains to show a before & after photo. The first time I've ever left a tip at a laundromat or dry cleaners! The service was just outstanding. I left a cash tip as I've heard from a few workers at various other businesses that I regularly visit that any tip left by credit card payment may take a long period of time to actually get to the employees. As I think about how much better the tablecloth looks, I need to go back & tip extra...will do so on my next visit when I drop off dry cleaning items. HIGHLY recommend

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I entrusted this dry cleaner with $400 worth of merchandise,…read moreincluding a custom-made throw blanket gifted by a late relative--an irreplaceable item. Despite the care tags specifying delicate cleaning, they completely ruined the blanket and initially agreed that the items were improperly handled. After keeping my items for over a month, management refused any compensation and insultingly suggested I use a fabric shaver to "salvage" a ruined heirloom. Their refusal to take accountability is completely unethical. The only bright spot was Craig, who was kind and compassionate while I cried over the loss. Save your valuable items and take your business elsewhere. My response to the owner below: Your response is a blatant attempt to protect your reputation by deflecting blame, but you actually just proved your own negligence. You claimed my item is "cashmere" and suffers from "natural friction pilling." This is factually embarrassing for a professional cleaner. The item is a 100% Merino Lambswool blanket. Cashmere and wool are entirely different fibers that require entirely different care. By misidentifying the fabric, you have publicly proven to everyone reading this that your staff never even checked the care label before processing it. The blanket isn't "pilled"--it is permanently and structurally felted. The matted, shrunken, and warped rippling only occurs when a dry cleaner improperly exposes sheep's wool to water, heat, or excessive mechanical tumbling. A fabric shaver cannot fix fibers that have been physically fused together by your bad practices. You held my blanket for over a month, rushed an insurance claim to deny liability, and are now using completely incorrect fabric definitions to gaslight a customer and protect your "perfect" image. You didn't check the label, you didn't know what material you were handling, and you ruined an irreplaceable heirloom. Your refusal to take accountability is a massive red flag to anyone considering trusting you with luxury or sentimental items. Take your business elsewhere.

I gave LaundroLab 3 stars because there are definitely some things they do well. The facility is…read moreclean, there's a wide selection of laundry-related products available if you forget something, and having TVs throughout the laundromat makes the time pass a little faster while you're waiting. Unfortunately, the customer service is what brought my rating down. The prices are already on the expensive side, and I was genuinely surprised by how inflexible the staff was. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.

I've used the 2U delivery service they work with in the past and it's also pretty great. There's a section for kids but be warned, it's right by the door so you might want to, I dunno, actually watch your small humans. Also it's SUPER narrow which can make navigating rough and sitting and waiting often means getting bumped into at least once. Still worth it.

I rarely have to leave 1 reviews :/…read more So here goes! This is too crazy. Bullying and harassment because of what the employee did. The male owner came in was well aware of the situation and cared more about trying to prove me wrong VS ownership and accountability of what happened. I was adding my laundry in the the washer when this employee came over next to me and hit me in the knee with her arm then said "sorry" and started laughing like a hysterical hyena. She never asked if I was okay. I said... actually that's not okay and why are you laughing? I have a bad knee and.... She started screaming at the top of her lungs I said I was sorry. She was screaming so loud I had to bust out my video camera and she immediately stopped yelling. There was another employee that was changing shifts and she asked me what happened and this woman started screaming over me so I couldn't tell her -- I apologized was being screamed by the laughing lady. Well, assaulting (yes, that's the legal term if someone hits you - accidentally or not) as someone with a bad knee in their weak knee then laughing and screaming isn't... OKAY. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm sitting here debating on calling the cops. I have to finish my laundry sadly but it maybe best to file a report. I'm shaking and she yells and laughs at people she just hit in the knee. It wasn't funny. I didn't call the cops because I didn't receive a major injury and I know it was unintentional uncaring about distance and comfort of customers. So, why waste the resources. Update owner came over to me with 10 mins to go on my wash and started freaking out about this review. Truth is truth but coming and freaking out on the person who left the review just shows the chain of command agrees with this poor behavior and added to the BS Update Owner again not wanting to take accountability for his employee came yelling at me again. Mind you this whole entire situation I was minding MY business and they kept messing with me.... Business owners was super pissed at this review. Well, good. He should be pissed at what his employee did to a customer but some peoples priorities are about looking good VS being good.
