Upon entering, I noticed that this laundromat is very well kept. It was clean, smelled nice and was quiet. I went over to the service window (on the right when entering) and the staff member said hello and offered to help. The fee is based on the number and size of the articles you need washed. My king sized comforter was $19. I brought my own detergent only to find out that several varieties are offers and actually included in the price. The attendant entered my I formation into the computer and enrolled me for SMS message updates. I paid in advance and left. By the time I got to my car, I had a drop off confirmation message. A few hours later, I received a text that my item was ready. When I picked up the comforter, it was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. Great experience! I'll be back.

She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. They also offer laundry drop off and pick up which we saw a lot of their customers doing. They also provide a change machine, detergents, dryer sheets, and pretty much any solution you'd need.
