I had brought enough quarters for the washing machine and was planning to use the app for the dryer. So, now here I am with wet clothes and kind of in a rush to be done and onto other errands. I didn't want to have to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. However, the lady that was working there, Tammy, totally helped me out. She did something and was able to make the machine work for me so I wouldn't have to run out and come back. While it was inconvenient and they should remove the stickers for the app if you can't use them, Tammy was super nice about helping me out without any fuss. I have been here several times before and always used quarters for the machines but had noticed the app last time I was here and decided I would use that next time instead of bringing a bunch of quarters. Anyway, highly recommend these guys!

However, the first time I used them, they picked up the bags between 8 am-11am when I requested 11 am-2 pm. I happened to be up earlier than usual that day so it worked out. The second order was outside my door at 7 am with an 11 am-2 pm pickup. They took a photo and charged me a no-show fee which they eventually reimbursed. I live in a ground floor condo and I have hedges. They expected my laundry to be in front of my door which would block egress. The laundry was next to my door since 7 am. Even in the photo they took,you could see one of edges of one of the bags. To their credit, they sent someone to pickup my laundry later that day. So, I called to get reimbursed and I spoke to Katie (Owner) and she told me to put exactly where my laundry is located in the future and that there was a downpour. Yes, there was a downpour but not when they took the photo if that matters. She made me feel like it was my fault which I didn't appreciate. Additionally, I was told to either buy laundry bags from them or use garbage bags in the future which I find kind of ridiculous. I used garbage bags the first time and spent $50 buying bags from an online laundry bag company for future use as i don't like using garbage bags. I've searched their website and order pages and it doesn't show any of their laundry bags for sale or that you can't use your own. Bottom line: I'm still going to use them because they have a very good price and do a great job. They shouldn't blame the customer for an employee mistake/oversight and they need to clarify the laundry bag situation on their website or order pages. So, they do a great job overall but there's a bit of a learning curve. I would've given 5 stars otherwise.

A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! In the meantime, he also works at the mini-mart next door for all your laundry and snack needs! So easy, affordable and pleasant, I may consider washing my comforters more often!

I recently…read morestarted working in my cleaning business, so I've been using this laundromat frequently, and Kim has been incredibly patient and helpful every time I've had a question or made a mistake , like accidentally putting in too much soap. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Waste of money. Had to take items and put it in top dryers. I used to like going here before the pandemic hit. When the place reopened, I was so happy. I was nervous to go to a laundromat when my dryer recently broke, because I had bad experiences…read moremany years ago when living in other areas. But this laundromat was amazing! I went before lunch on a Thursday, so it was the morning crowd. People were chatting with each other as they waited for the loads to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is no staff on site, but they have a phone number to call if you have any problems. While I was there, another company was repairing a light fixture. I'm guessing that the owners do not let repairs go long without being addressed as the rest of the facility was clean and in good working order. Each machine has a QR code which when scanned with a smartphone guides you to download an app and pay digitally. There are also two coin machines that take $1, $5, $10, and $20. The dryers cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. That might sound like a lot, but the dryers are amazing. I was able to fit two full loads from my washing machine at home into one dryer at this place. It was full of very wet towels, and it still only took 30 minutes for them to get completely dry. In fact, they were a little too hot, so I'm going to try only 25 minutes next time. That comes out to only $1.25 or $1.50 for enough clothes to fit in two domestic washing machines. The next time my washer or dryer breaks, I know exactly where I am going. I'm actually kind of looking forward to it :)
