I had brought enough quarters for the washing machine and was planning to use the app for the dryer. So, now here I am with wet clothes and kind of in a rush to be done and onto other errands. I didn't want to have to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. However, the lady that was working there, Tammy, totally helped me out. She did something and was able to make the machine work for me so I wouldn't have to run out and come back. While it was inconvenient and they should remove the stickers for the app if you can't use them, Tammy was super nice about helping me out without any fuss. I have been here several times before and always used quarters for the machines but had noticed the app last time I was here and decided I would use that next time instead of bringing a bunch of quarters. Anyway, highly recommend these guys!

However, the first time I used them, they picked up the bags between 8 am-11am when I requested 11 am-2 pm. I happened to be up earlier than usual that day so it worked out. The second order was outside my door at 7 am with an 11 am-2 pm pickup. They took a photo and charged me a no-show fee which they eventually reimbursed. I live in a ground floor condo and I have hedges. They expected my laundry to be in front of my door which would block egress. The laundry was next to my door since 7 am. Even in the photo they took,you could see one of edges of one of the bags. To their credit, they sent someone to pickup my laundry later that day. So, I called to get reimbursed and I spoke to Katie (Owner) and she told me to put exactly where my laundry is located in the future and that there was a downpour. Yes, there was a downpour but not when they took the photo if that matters. She made me feel like it was my fault which I didn't appreciate. Additionally, I was told to either buy laundry bags from them or use garbage bags in the future which I find kind of ridiculous. I used garbage bags the first time and spent $50 buying bags from an online laundry bag company for future use as i don't like using garbage bags. I've searched their website and order pages and it doesn't show any of their laundry bags for sale or that you can't use your own. Bottom line: I'm still going to use them because they have a very good price and do a great job. They shouldn't blame the customer for an employee mistake/oversight and they need to clarify the laundry bag situation on their website or order pages. So, they do a great job overall but there's a bit of a learning curve. I would've given 5 stars otherwise.

Which they were when I picked them up on Thursday April 30th. It was also a GREAT price at $1.99 per pound.. Which came out to $30. Along with a substantial tip. I left the woman who did my clothes. Most places charge $3.49 per pound and up.. They also don't charge for detergent, colored bleach, bleach, softener and dryer sheets. Which is AWESOME Because, most places charge extra.. Thanks, for a GREAT experience. I will definitely be back. If and when I decide to drop off my clothes again. At least I know they will be done right.. Kudos to the Laundry Magician.. Waste of money. Had to take items and put it in top dryers. I used to like going here before the pandemic hit. When the place reopened, I was so happy.
