In December 2025, I was getting married and had found the perfect dress. The bridal shop I used (Bearer of the Bling) had an in-house alterations person that they recommend I use. The problem was, their alterations swore up and down that I didn't need to get the bottom of my wedding dress hemmed/shortened and that it was fine. I was terrified that I would be tripping over my dress on my big day, but figured I should trust them. A week before my wedding, I decided that... for peace of mind... I would take my dress to Eliana and see if she thought it needed to be hemmed. Sure enough, it needed inches taken off! She was able to get it done in a matter of days before my wedding and I will forever be grateful to her for that. I would've been tripping all over the place if it wasn't for her!

It's just west of Culver's on East Bay in a very small plaza. If you sneeze, blink, fart or cough, you'll miss it. The tree line between the plaza and its neighbor doesn't help either. The cleaners itself is a no frills operation. Just a counter and all the pressing equipment in the corner. The owner is a friendly middle-aged Indian lady. So I gave her my suit and gave me a two day turn around time. That seemed pretty quick; lo and behold, in I went on the morning of day three... I gave her my ticket and less than a minute later along came my suit all nice and clean! Then she put down her copy of the ticket and said the price was $12.75. Quite frankly, I was pleasantly shocked at the fairness of the charge! No wonder there was quite a large amount of cleaned garments on the rack system!! What I can't figure out is how the lady does all this with no apparent help. Both times I went in there, she was by herself and none of the machines were being operated. Maybe she has little green men from Mars or minions from Munchkinland in the back room?? Well no matter what or who, this is a nicely priced and efficient operation. Most of the prices are listed inside the window and/or on the door. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place and have no problem giving them my future business. Even better is that they're right across the street from our veterinarian of choice AND just down the street from our normal Thursday hangout, ie Bro's Pizzeria & Bar. I wish I knew of 'em sooner.

She was very short / rude / curt the entire time. I apologized as I know 10 mins before close is not ideal but wow that was insane. Takes all of 2 mins to grab my shirt and print me a ticket.
