It's too bad but I have seen this place deteriorate for the past few years. It looks beat up and tacky. Today there were machines marked out of order, one machine was noted that there was no hot water. There were towels on the floor around one washer, from the day before. None of my loads dried completely even using high heat. The folding table needs to be replaced - tha tape covering the edge was peeling, pulling away. Arriving even before the -wonderful!- attendant, the air was barely stirring. It came on, but in spite of it raining outside, both front and back doors were propped open. It was humid, hot, and smelled of cigarettes from the outdoor smoking. It's too bad. I'm looking for a more modern and classier place to go. read more

We started washing our clothes here about 2 months ago. It is very clean, you can use debit cards on washers and dryers, attendant on duty and these ladies are nice as can be. Doc's also has laundry drop off. What?! Yes and if you live in a certain range they will pick up and drop off. Clothes smell and look wonderful! The price is totally affordable and be sure to tip! We no longer spend 4 hours washing clothes on our only day off thx to the best laundromat in St. Pete. read more

I had a bedspread washed & folded for storing. They cleaned it & gave back to me in a plastic casing with a carry handle! Also had a comforter cleaned. Everything smelled good & looked great. The staff were pleasant & helpful. I will definitely use Doc's Laundry again & highly recommend to others! read more

Laundromats are usually pretty beaten up and well worn. This one is not. It has excellent equipment that is not worn out, but well-kept and in good working order. The ladies that work there are super. They can't do enough for you and will help you with any special needs. My dog got sick and threw up on my comforter. The comforter was too big to fit in my washer or dryer. They took care of it and it came out beautiful .... Fresh and not wrinkled because of their large machines. Very pleased read more

This place is great. On site attendant was very friendly. Giving me tips on how to do things properly. I'm a guy that has very basic knowledge of how to do laundry. The place is sparkling clean. Washers and dryers are very clean. I will come back every week. read more

Been coming in a long time, and spending lots of $$$$. Was told by worker( don't know her name) that I could not use $3.75 washer for my doggie bed, which probably weighed less then my comforter. Used that one before and was never told no before. She suggested I use bigger, more expensive washer and I said no after she said " it's only 25 cents more"....I said nope...now it's the principle after the fact. I will NEVER use your facility again!!!!! read more

Until I started traveling the country in a camper van I hadn't been to a laundromat in over 30 years. Takes some getting used to doing my dirty laundry in public, but this place makes it more pleasant than most. It's in a small strip center about 2 blocks from Largo Mall. It's clean and has great washers of every different size and price point you can imagine. There is also a busy no nonsense manager named Sandra who is very helpful. She's always doing laundry herself so they have a busy wash and fold service as well. I've been here during the day, both morning and afternoon and just once at night. I do recommend going during the day because there were some young men who looked pretty zoned out hanging around outside after dark. But, this place is open from 9am to 11pm so it's pretty convenient. The best part about this place (besides Sandra) is that many of the washers and dryers take credit and debit cards so you don't have to carry a fist full of quarters and wonder if you're going to run out. The washers of all sizes are fast! Most are done in less than a half hour and everything was very clean. There are plenty of rolling baskets around to transfer your clothes and Sandra didn't mind when I brought one out to my car to load and unload. There are also plenty of folding tables and garbage bins around and a pleasant waiting area with a TV and some machines with soaps, etc toward the front. All in all, if you need to do laundry away from home, I recommend this laundromat. read more

If you are in search of a clean, well maintained laundromat, this is the jackpot! There is an attendant with scheduled hours and the ability to pay with a debit/credit card on many machines. What a stress reliever as keeping a constant supply of coins/cash these days can be a challenge. All machines are clean and well maintained. The entire premises is tidy and the general population of users are pleasant to be around. Not usually the case in the laundromat environment ;) read more

There are two laundry rooms in the RV park where we stay but it is hard to get all 4 machines at once. Someone recommended Doc's. I walked in and was amazed! It is so bright and cheery first of all. Secondly it is extremely clean!!! There are so many machines and dryers and they all are clean and work! The staff is friendly but all business so you can get down to work. I will be back every week and recommend it to others!!! read more

I needed to wash/dry several large items yesterday to include a king size comforter, after checking Yelp for local laundromats I decided to go there bases on previous feedback. Reviews stated it was well maintained and clean. Well, let me tell you I was very surprised when I arrived. The attendant was more than gracious and helpful. She assured me I could wash everything in one load since they were all basically the same colors, towels, sheets and a blanket. She suggested the 50# machine and even offered me detergent (I had my own but had left it in the car). The wash took only 23 minutes-everything was clean! The dryers were great too. They have change machines and the washers/dryers also take debit/credit cards. I'd definitely recommend this laundromat and appreciate the cleanliness, friendliness and the fact that they have an attendant on staff. read more
