I recently…read morestarted working in my cleaning business, so I've been using this laundromat frequently, and Kim has been incredibly patient and helpful every time I've had a question or made a mistake , like accidentally putting in too much soap. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

Waste of money. Had to take items and put it in top dryers. I used to like going here before the pandemic hit. When the place reopened, I was so happy. Now, after going through this, I will find a better wash place to do my clothing. Half the washers were taped off - they didn't work. The bottom dryers didn't heat.

A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! In the meantime, he also works at the mini-mart next door for all your laundry and snack needs! So easy, affordable and pleasant, I may consider washing my comforters more often!
