She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. We, along with LOTS of other folks, were bringing in loads and loads of filthy clothing, bedding, rugs, etc., and they handled it not only quickly, professionally and for a fair price, but also with a smile and friendly attitude.
