After losing my husbands clothes, the owner refused to try to find them or reimburse. It was the shirt he wore on our wedding day and the response I got to that was "why does that make a difference?" She screamed at me like it was my fault the clothes were lost and berated me. I had to leave the store and could still here her screaming when I got into my car. This place is great, reasonably priced and great customer service. When I picked up my cleaning I brought in a pair of shorts to have a button put on. She put it in while I waited and did not charge me. I tried to give a $5 tip, but she would not take it. Try them out you won't be disappointed. read more

Never bring your dry cleaning to this business. After losing one of my shirts and taking a week for them to locate it after another customer brought it back I should have known to stay away from this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to bring my clothes in for dry cleaning. They ended up ruining an expensive Calvin Klein shirt by getting rust colored stains all over it. They also lost another shirt at the same time. While in the store I asked to speak with the manager or owner and I spoke with her. She assured me that she would replace the shirt. Today when I went to pick it up she had not replaced the shirt, she had only tried to remove the stains that they put on it, however, the stains are still there just a little lighter. They were able to locate my missing shirt but there are new rust colored stains on that also. When I asked her why they didn't replace the shirt instead if they couldn't get the stains out she got upset and started screaming and yelling uncontrollably saying that this was normal wear and tear and like the tires of a car it just needed to be replaced. The shirts were purchased back in December of 2017 this past year as a Christmas gift to myself for $100 a piece. It's unlikely that normal wear and tear would have caused these rust colored stains. She also admitted that it was not human fault or error but the fault of some of the machines they use that may have gotten rust on them. She also wanted to charge me another $58 to clean the stains out of just one shirt. I refused to pay and told her that I had not planned to return to the store after picking up my shirts. You should never come to this place. The owner is un professional and they will only stain your clothes and offer up poor customer service. read more

Your review WORST Place ever ... never again , if i can give it -5 stars i will i took my dress to this place for wash and iron ,i wanted it the same day the lady said no i have to pick it tomorrow , i told her then forget it thanks ,she told me ok i will do it only for you you can pick it after 2 hours, i will charge you $15 but if the owners come he will charge you $30, so you have to decide now , so i said ok i will come and get it after 2 hours. when i went for pick up she wasn't there, there was a nice lady so gave me my dress in hunger and wraped in plastic she chared me $15 i opened the plastic to take a looook at the dress i was SHOCKED ,stains all over the dress , i told the lady you cant charge me $15 and you guys didnt wash it and made more stains in my dress .she told me you have to talk to the owner when she comes. Then decided to try them again and was ok but next came a missing button on a once worn Tommy Bahamas nice shirt. Shame on me tried them again and was fine for two months but today they lost two nice shirts and a newer black jeans. Waited for the owner and she simply said I gave them to you. 3/15/18 Highland Cleaners in Largo, FL cleaned my fluffy, white 2-year-old 5X7ft. rug and it came out just gorgeous! It looks like new!
