Which they were when I picked them up on Thursday April 30th. It was also a GREAT price at $1.99 per pound.. Which came out to $30. Along with a substantial tip. I left the woman who did my clothes. Most places charge $3.49 per pound and up.. They also don't charge for detergent, colored bleach, bleach, softener and dryer sheets. Which is AWESOME Because, most places charge extra.. Thanks, for a GREAT experience. I will definitely be back. If and when I decide to drop off my clothes again. At least I know they will be done right.. Kudos to the Laundry Magician.. Thank U so much..

I wanted to leave a review and recognize one of the employees, Kim, for all of her help. I recently…read morestarted working in my cleaning business, so I've been using this laundromat frequently, and Kim has been incredibly patient and helpful every time I've had a question or made a mistake , like accidentally putting in too much soap. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

This most recent time, however, I came in to drop off some clothes at 6:50pm (they close at 7pm). The woman (with whom I've previously had great long conversations with about drummers & Cuban culture) was livid. She told me I had picked a really bad time to come in and to not repeat the behavior. She was very short / rude / curt the entire time. I apologized as I know 10 mins before close is not ideal but wow that was insane. Takes all of 2 mins to grab my shirt and print me a ticket.

Very dishonest business practice. Before my husband brought…read morethe shirts in, we called and asked about the price of regular shirts laundry. We were told $3 a shirt. When my husband picked up the shirts (2 polyester, 2 cotton, 1 linen, all labeled machine wash), he was told "they needed special treatment" (not sure what that meant as they were on hangers, not folded in boxes. They insisted my husband paid $25 for 5 shirts. The next day I went in and asked (he's probably the owner but he did not know me because I was not there before). I asked how much to "wash and pressed cotton shirts" (just to be sure he knew they're not silk or anything that needs special treatment). He said $3 a shirt. I repeated the question, again he said $3. Stay away from this place. They rob you and you have no choice but pay unless you give up your clothings and walk away. They basically hold your garments hostage.
