Have some pride of ownership. This place is filthy. They do horse/stable laundry and I pray they don't have us unsuspecting people putting our family laundry in the same machines. It's convenient but so gross. I thoroughly clean any washer or dryer I use. Would happily use it when I need a laundromat more, but it's just so bad. Went to Palm Harbor to a beautiful one. Laundromat at is clean . Attended is very kind and friendly. Greets you upon arrival and informative about the machines. Laundry mat has air conditioning and seating all around the laundry mat with tables. Had a kids table for children to work at with books to read. I thought it was very neat that they also recycle the liquid detergent caps to use for the quarters you receive from the machine. As well they have little baskets for lost and found items instead of throwing them out. They care about their costumers to go above and beyond to care for their valuable items. As well they have drop off service to have your clothes washed by them. Notice many people coming in for the drop off service. As I said in my earlier review, if you can find a better laundromat than Oldsmar Coin Laundry, then go there. One that is fantastically better is the Soap Opera Laundry on St. Petersburg Drive. It's cleaner, the machines are newer so you don't get ripped off, the coin machine always has change, & it has soft water. It surpasses the Oldsmar Coin Laundry by a lot. left my cycling shorts there for minor repair. shorts were apparently lost by the manager, who then suggested I hade picked up the repaired shorts-wrong!! office is total chaos so it's easy to see how things can get lost. The manager then offered ne 1/2 the price of replacing the month old shorts! i do NOT recommend going here! read more

This used to be a very clean laundromat, but not any more it seems! I went there around 2 AM, as I had a lot of laundry to do. None of the large washers were working, and people had left clothes in the medium size washers. I had to use several small washers to get my laundry done. As for the dryers, the ones that were not taped over did not work either, even on high heat. After drying my clothes for 1 1/2 hours, they were still slightly damp. As for the floor, it had dryer sheets everywhere, and something that appeared to be wood shavings. Had to clean the floor myself, before taking my clothes out of either the washer or dryer. I was very disappointed to find this place in such bad shape, compared to how clean it was before. They even raised their prices on all the washers too. read more

I went to this Laundromat and Helen told me she could do the Alterations on my Wedding Dress. She did not measure me correctly and when I went to try on the straps were so short that it brought the breast area of my dress clear up to my neck and the straps were so tight around my arms, then the next fitting she had one of the front straps sewed in the middle of one breast and the other strap sewed near my armpit... and what she called the vail hair piece was a few strands of mesh tied in a knot hooked a piece of belt to it and a stitch on one of the jewels I brought her... my first thought were what kind of joke is this??? This was after she text me saying my dress was finished , meet her at the laundromat at 8:30pm and bring $40 cash. When I seen all she screwed up there was NO WAY I was going to let her touch my dress again. Her words, "This has never Happened Before" I doubt that!!! Especially after showing up to my 1st fitting & hearing her say those exact words to another lady while handing the lady a gray looking shirt that was supposed to be white! SAD!!! This place has become a dump. There were items (towels, clothes, and/or rags) on the floor, on machines, and left in the baskets. The machines looked like they haven't been wiped down for some time. Also, the lighting is terrible. Its a little dark. I had one washing machine eat my coins and a dryer that didn't spin. If an employee hadn't been working- I'm not sure I would have received a refund. On the flip side, I wouldn't hesitate to wash/dry my pet's stuff, rugs, or shop rags there! I walked in to see the machines to launder our huge loads from vacation all at once. The place is filthy. The floors have water leaking from the machines. There is dust and debris on top of the machines and floors. If the machines have drip marks all over them and the floors are disgusting then what kind of filth is inside the machines? I don't want to find out nor do I want that on my fabrics. read more

I only had a few piece in this huge dryer and took me more than 4 rounds to dry. Also change was constantly getting stuck in the washer.

We had two area rugs to be cleaned and confirmed that they clean rugs that cannot be washed in a machine. We picked them up and they were rolled up in bags. When we took them out, they were badly damaged, still damp and unusable. We called to request a refund and left a message. Our call was not returned. The rugs are clearly labeled with cleaning instructions, and our verbal instructions were completely ignored. $200 worth of area rugs destroyed. I won't use this business for any of its laundry, dry cleaning or other services again. read more

Was coming here for drop off and fold laundry service. On first visit was offered to charge by the pound, total cost ~$70. When I came back the following week the price changed to $133 for the same amount of laundry. We were planning to use this service primarily for our vacation rental. On the first visit I was given another persons laundry. I kindly had it returned to them, this was a major inconvenience. The blankets were still damp in the bags when making the beds. One of the workers, Helen was going to manage the resetting of a vacation rental I own. She came to the house, we agreed on a price and confirmed the first appointment. She did not show up or let us know that she could not make it after confirming the day prior. We had guests checking out and checking in on the same day. This put us in a very bad position. Overall, very disappointed with the inconsistency in pricing, quality of the cleaning, and professionalism. I do not recommend this facility as the quality and service is unreliable. read more

I never thought I would enjoy going to a laundromat until today. I needed to wash my oversized queen quilt. Helen walked me through the entire process costing me $10.75. I was quoted $50 from the cleaners!!! Helen knew her stuff. She helped each customer as if they were the only customer in the store. She was professional & pleasant! My time flew by & before I knew it I was done without making laundry seem like a chore!! I would highly recommend this location. About 40% of the washers and dryers were out of order & it was a complete mess in there just absolutely filthy I didn't want to accidentally drop a sock on the floor because then I would have to wash it again but in another place for sure. the staff was MIA someone's machine broke down literally mid wash and NO attendant to be found, I travel a lot so finding a good place is hard most of these reviews that say its clean and tidy is honestly ALL complete lies and if you don't believe me have a visit for your self that I'm not exaggerating. this has to be the most honest review here. This is the best laundry mat in the area. Located behind the new Thornton's gas station, it is clean and new and inviting. I have frequented this laundry mat often to wash my bed comforter. For $5.25 and 23 minutes of my time, I can have a perfectly clean and fresh comforter. It can't be beat. read more

I've never used a laundromat before, however, due to my washing machine breaking unexpectedly and having laundry that needed to be done ASAP, I came to this location and was very satisfied with my experience. I was unaware that they closed at 5 and came in around 4:30. The lovely woman working helped me without hesitation and made sure I got my clothes cleaned and dried before 5 o'clock. I just came at 530- coin machines broke employee says she may not have enough. I am washing 1 mattress pad for v525. Not super! clean mopping water in way is black. Not what i expected after reviews. My old one in less desirable area ran circles around this. Absentee management is not working. I will yry another place near here for next time i need to freshen this pad. I can fit my quilts but not this. Lots of put of service and only 2 sizes small 275 and 525. I needed the 350 size lol read more

I went to this laundromat for the first time today. I got there at 7am. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. At 9:15 Helen started yelling at me that I can't park in front of the building with my van. I have never been there before and was clueless of who she was. A proper manager would've introduced herself and spoke to me like a grown adult and with a reasonable tone of voice. Instead, she made a scene and was yelling at me. Believe me, I had no intentions of being there that long or spending that much money! I went early to get in and out before anyone arrived. At 9:15 my clothes were STILL damp and I just took them out so I could leave. I didn't plan on coming back because it took 1.5 hours and $35 to partially dry my clothes. Now mind you, I'm in a wheelchair and not much of a threat. But Helen called the cops on me! Apparently for parking in HER parking spot. Was that really necessary? Really? The owners need to watch the videos to see how she treats people. I will be notifying the ADA and my lawyer for not having a designated handicap parking spot and for the prejudice treatment I received while I was there. It was all uncalled for. read more

Recently my washer broke down and needed to find a way to lean cloths my roommate and I found a little place right down the road from us called oldsmar coin laundry mat. We gathered up 73lbd of laundry and hauled it to this establishment, found that $1.20 per lb was reasonable so we dropped off all our stuff four days later we went back paid $85 to get clean laundry and found that over 65% of our clothing was missing. We noticed that all the high end brand clothing was what was missing. We contacted Trey the owner he stated he was sorry and that he knew monies were owed to us and that he wanted to work with us and be fair. Well after a week of trying to get this man to talk to us one excuse after another. HE decided that over $1500.00 of clothing was worth $200 he didn't want to work with us he didn't want to be fair; here's what our options were TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. Contacted police lawyer and channel 8 all said we had a case but either wasn't there jurisdiction, we would have go pay for lawyer, or not sensational enough for news. So against knowing we were being robbed we took the check. We then deposited it and went on our ways next day to find out he either didn't have funds in his account to cover check or he stopped payment, either way one of our accounts is now over drawn. We went to business to see what he was going to do and he kicked Paul off property. OUR PURPOSE HERE PEOPLE IS TO WARN FUTURE PEOPLE WHO GO TO USE THIS LAUNDRY MAT , THAT THEY ARE DEALING WITH A LOW LIFE BUSINESS OWNER WHO WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU BUT LIE AND STEAL FROM. We are still shocked that this all happened in the past we have used other laundry mats to service our clothing and NEVER had a problem, the one time we bring our clothing here they loose every thing charges $85 to clean fold dry. Very unprofessional place and very inconsistent pricing. We had exact same amount of laundry for our vacation rental house. We were charged $70 and then $50 and then Helen decided that she would charge us $140 for the same exact load the third time. The quality of cleaning is mediocre to bad. We received the bedding damp and uncleaned. We were also giving someone else comforter instead of ours. Very uncourteous and rude staff. They will hang up on phones and never keep the appointment. the lady usually there is extremely accommodating. The wash n fold service cannot be beat.....they do a fab job. Doing your own: generally three machines down at a time, which is only a pain when it is busy ot I want to keep all my stuff together so I don't miss a load when I leave. The entire door came off of a machine while I was using it anf just missed landing squarely on my foot, which would have injured me for sure given the weight of the thing. The window says Cold Ac......um. No. Ho, ho, ho.....nope. I have sweat pouring down my face as we speak, but I move to my car AC while I wait. If you can get a spot in front of one of the ceiling fans, that would do it. All in all is an older joint, but is never packed when I go during less busy times. Not a bad place. read more
