Not only did they stain my suit jacket, when I asked to speak with a manager, two different locations told me they had no way to call a manager. I used their own website to attempt to call a different location only for the number on their own website to be disconnected. Once I finally reached a human being that said she was a "general manager", Channely, she consistently argued with me saying I needed to bring my suit jacket in for her to evaluate if there was more that could be done to restore my suit jacket. I asked how could there be more they could do when they had put a note on the hanger saying they did the best they could....she kept attempting to reassure me to give them a chance to "make it right", to bring it in the next business day and ask for her directly. Not only did I reluctantly take it in to be "fixed", Channely refused to come out of her office to speak with me. After reluctantly leaving my suit jacket to be fixed, there was nothing but silence in spite of being told Channely would call as soon as she had evaluated the mess they had created. It was five days, and multiple attempts before finally someone responded and of course it wasn't Channely....it was Ashley, with customer service saying they had improved the stain they put in my suit jacket and she would have it ready for pick up the next day. After picking it up, yes it's better, which is ironic if they "did the best they could the first time" but the stain is still visible. This is a suit jacket that wasn't cheap, almost $300 that has been discontinued and cannot be replaced. I noticed today another suit jacket that was dropped off with that batch of dry cleaning also has the same oil/grease looking stain in it as well.

TL:DR My husband's shirt came back stained, one that wasn't there when he dropped off the shirts, and our comforter came back not cleaned. It's a little baffling how a dry cleaner returns a shirt with a new stain. We also brought in our king duvet insert to be cleaned and it came back with the same marks. My husband brought them both back and demanded they re-clean them. It was a week for them to clean the insert originally and we went another week without it for them to clean it again. It came back exactly the same. Maybe the stain is impossible to get out, but they didn't bother to bring it up when we picked it up the second time. At this point, we are just going to bring it to another cleaners. Reading the other reviews shows that we weren't a unique occurrence.
