In December 2025, I was getting married and had found the perfect dress. The bridal shop I used (Bearer of the Bling) had an in-house alterations person that they recommend I use. The problem was, their alterations swore up and down that I didn't need to get the bottom of my wedding dress hemmed/shortened and that it was fine. I was terrified that I would be tripping over my dress on my big day, but figured I should trust them. A week before my wedding, I decided that... for peace of mind... I would take my dress to Eliana and see if she thought it needed to be hemmed. Sure enough, it needed inches taken off!
