This review is long overdue…read more I regularly travel to the Tampa area for work and as such need suits dry cleaned as well as shirts pressed. I always brought them to Spartan cleaners as they are close to where I stay at and they have never disappointed me. The staff is friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have. The reason the review is happening now is because they came through for me big time this last trip. I had damaged one of my suits in a Thanksgiving accident invovling a flying turkey (long story) but I ended up ripping the pants on my suit as well as getting the jacket absouletly covered in sauce. I had a meeting on Saturday that was important to me and Spartan Cleaners were able to not only repair the suit in time but get it cleaned up for me. I appreciate this once in a lifetime help that they gave me and would never have expected it to happen. Thank you for getting me suited back up in time!

** BEWARE of Rude Management and Risky Business! **…read more__________________________________________________________________ BACKGROUND: We provide people & business owners with Professional Observations and Risk Analysis. In that regard, we admire establishments that recognize the lost art of Good Management and Customer Satisfaction. However, we also feel responsible to warn the public where harm could come their way. We hope you consider our evaluation useful in your decision making. You Go Cheap You Get Cheap! When one drops off their laundry - the last thing one expects is to be handled by rude and unskilled trainees who just graduated from high-school. Reportedly, in an effort to save salary and payroll expenses - Management has decided to RISK hiring young boys "right-out-of-school" - with no customer service experience in order to teach them the "fine art" of the laundry business. It's Not Working! This review is about one such a trainee who has, in our opinion, exhibited rude and aggressive behavior to his customers and reportedly his fellow workers! What's more, his inexperience led to him overcharging company customers! We are writing this review on behalf of those customers and fellow employees who have the risk and misfortune to run into this individual named Austin. Rude Management That Bites! Should you encounter his rude behavior as we did - do not hesitate to report him to management just like we did - so that management is apprised and customers are protected. His supervisor's is named Shanelli who can be reached at 813-502-3540. Needless to say, any management team that RISKS its customer service reputation like this needs to take heed! This is Risky Business!

I dropped off several pieces of clothing for regular cleaning, none of which had any type of damage or stain. Not only did they stain my suit jacket, when I asked to speak with a manager, two different locations told me they had no way to call a manager. I used their own website to attempt to call a different location only for the number on their own website to be disconnected. Once I finally reached a human being that said she was a "general manager", Channely, she consistently argued with me saying I needed to bring my suit jacket in for her to evaluate if there was more that could be done to restore my suit jacket. I asked how could there be more they could do when they had put a note on the hanger saying they did the best they could....she kept attempting to reassure me to give them a chance to "make it right", to bring it in the next business day and ask for her directly. Not only did I reluctantly take it in to be "fixed", Channely refused to come out of her office to speak with me. After reluctantly leaving my suit jacket to be fixed, there was nothing but silence in spite of being told Channely would call as soon as she had evaluated the mess they had created. It was five days, and multiple attempts before finally someone responded and of course it wasn't Channely....it was Ashley, with customer service saying they had improved the stain they put in my suit jacket and she would have it ready for pick up the next day. After picking it up, yes it's better, which is ironic if they "did the best they could the first time" but the stain is still visible. This is a suit jacket that wasn't cheap, almost $300 that has been discontinued and cannot be replaced. I noticed today another suit jacket that was dropped off with that batch of dry cleaning also has the same oil/grease looking stain in it as well.
