She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

Almost every item came back with new stains that weren't there before -- it looked like my laundry had been washed in a dirty or unclean environment. Instead of coming back fresh and clean, my clothes looked worse than when I dropped them off. There were also weird odors on some of the items, and the folding was sloppy at best. This is not what I expected when paying for a professional laundry service. I really wanted to support your business, but this was frustrating and upsetting. I hope you take this feedback seriously because no one should have to pay to get their clothes back in worse shape.
