I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

It's a few miles from my home but it's worth it to take a few extra minutes. There's a special place for the kids, vending machines for drinks and snacks and laundry supplies. No problem recommending this place. And there's plenty of parking too.

Almost every item came back with new stains that weren't there before -- it looked like my laundry had been washed in a dirty or unclean environment. This is not what I expected when paying for a professional laundry service. I really wanted to support your business, but this was frustrating and upsetting.
