After that time elapsed we hadn't heard anything so we called them and were told that it was delayed because the person the dress had been sent out to was behind. We called every few weeks from that point on and could not get a straight answer about when we would get the dress back or where it was. We were told we couldn't get the owner's name or number and we'd have to go in at 8am to see him, but he wasn't in every day. (We live in California right now though, so obviously couldn't make it there.) We asked multiple times for the name or number of where the dress was sent and were told that only the owner had that information. Yesterday we were told that they had new owners so we called up again today to check in on the dress. My husband spoke to two people, the first told him that he would call my husband back. The second was a lady who said that there are in fact new owners, they don't actually know who the dress was sent out to or the contact info for them. He was told there are NINE other dresses that are missing right now. I brought it here because I have friends who had gotten theirs preserved with them no problem and it came highly recommended. Ultimately I would love my dress back, but I think it's either lost or sold off at this point. I wish I could give zero stars. I did also file a complaint with the BBB.

I expected things to be undone since it says under construction but I was very clean, smelled fresh, all the dryers were new and I was pleasantly surprised. A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! In the meantime, he also works at the mini-mart next door for all your laundry and snack needs! So easy, affordable and pleasant, I may consider washing my comforters more often!

In December 2025, I was getting married and had found the perfect dress. The bridal shop I used (Bearer of the Bling) had an in-house alterations person that they recommend I use. The problem was, their alterations swore up and down that I didn't need to get the bottom of my wedding dress hemmed/shortened and that it was fine. I was terrified that I would be tripping over my dress on my big day, but figured I should trust them. A week before my wedding, I decided that... for peace of mind... I would take my dress to Eliana and see if she thought it needed to be hemmed. Sure enough, it needed inches taken off! She was able to get it done in a matter of days before my wedding and I will forever be grateful to her for that. I would've been tripping all over the place if it wasn't for her!
