After that time elapsed we hadn't heard anything so we called them and were told that it was delayed because the person the dress had been sent out to was behind. We called every few weeks from that point on and could not get a straight answer about when we would get the dress back or where it was. We were told we couldn't get the owner's name or number and we'd have to go in at 8am to see him, but he wasn't in every day. (We live in California right now though, so obviously couldn't make it there.) We asked multiple times for the name or number of where the dress was sent and were told that only the owner had that information. Yesterday we were told that they had new owners so we called up again today to check in on the dress. My husband spoke to two people, the first told him that he would call my husband back. The second was a lady who said that there are in fact new owners, they don't actually know who the dress was sent out to or the contact info for them. He was told there are NINE other dresses that are missing right now. I brought it here because I have friends who had gotten theirs preserved with them no problem and it came highly recommended. Ultimately I would love my dress back, but I think it's either lost or sold off at this point. I wish I could give zero stars. I did also file a complaint with the BBB.

She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!
