Last December (12/18/21) my husband Cal brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved. They told him it would be about 3-4 months to get it back. After that time elapsed we hadn't heard anything so we called them and were told that it was delayed because the person the dress had been sent out to was behind. We called every few weeks from that point on and could not get a straight answer about when we would get the dress back or where it was. We were told we couldn't get the owner's name or number and we'd have to go in at 8am to see him, but he wasn't in every day. (We live in California right now though, so obviously couldn't make it there.) We asked multiple times for the name or number of where the dress was sent and were told that only the owner had that information. Yesterday we were told that they had new owners so we called up again today to check in on the dress. My husband spoke to two people, the first told him that he would call my husband back. The second was a lady who said that there are in fact new owners, they don't actually know who the dress was sent out to or the contact info for them. He was told there are NINE other dresses that are missing right now. I brought it here because I have friends who had gotten theirs preserved with them no problem and it came highly recommended. Ultimately I would love my dress back, but I think it's either lost or sold off at this point. I wish I could give zero stars. I did also file a complaint with the BBB. read more

JUSTICE FOR MY WEDDING DRESS. I dropped of my wedding dress on September 22nd, 2021. I only wanted it cleaned but the lady at the front desk expressed to me my dress might yellow after it has been cleaned. She recommended I get it preserved. After talking prices, I agreed with her on getting it preserved. She told me 4 to 6 weeks is when my dress would be ready. Fast forward to November 18th, 2021 I called Classic Touch Dry Cleaners to get an updated on my dress. A lady named Robin told me that the place they sent my dress to "has my dress" but are behind due to covid. To me, that didn't seem odd since a lot of places are short staffed. I understood and moved on. I called again in December, January, and February. Called again this month and went into the store. I get the same answer each time " We will leave a note with the owner to call you" He never calls me. I even wrote him an email. I have asked for the information as to where they sent my dress. Apparently that is information only the owner knows and refuses to give to anyone. I also keep getting told I am not the only one and other brides are in my same position. This isn't some prom dress or jacket I could part with... THIS IS MY WEDDING DRESS. My heart is broken that something that means so much to me is missing... the fact I can't even get a phone call or response back from the owner speaks volumes.... read more

The Classic Touch name and treatment is deceiving to say the least. I was referred to this establishment by a high profile client.....so, I felt comfortable and dropped off my comforter to be cleaned. My comforter was cleaned with the HUGE astonishment that portions in one area were returned to me severely melted and in a state of disrepair. The vast and aloof communication that occurred was outlandish. I WAS a customer who trusted Classic Touch Dry Cleaners to take care of my item. To cause damage, not mention it, and to even suggest that this damage did not occur in their care is insolent. In closing, this review is my experience with this Dry Cleaner. I'm posting it to make others aware and to see (in a quick glimpse) what can occur at this or other establishments. The thought of something occurring to a sentimental item is especially horrifying. This was my first time at this dry cleaners because I found a coupon on their website for $10 off your first delivery order. I am pleasantly surprised because they do their own dry cleaning at this facility instead of shipping it off. I dropped off a shirt that has rips and lost buttons and it was fixed in perfect condition. This will now be my go to dry cleaners. Prices are reasonable. Check website and instores for specials and coupons. read more

Jeff Anderson, the owner, also has another company, CRDN. We contacted him to remove and clean 2 large panel sheers that cover a bay window. He picked them up on June 23, 2021, and that was the last time we saw him or them. We went to his store in August to try and talk to him, he went out the back door. His office manager gave our multiple messages to him, and finally we got 1 text message, he could have someone drop off the sheers but not hang them. I explained, we need them hung ( very high window), no reply, I asked are they clean, no reply. I asked for a claim form, to file for the loss, no reply. Who knows if he even has insurance ??? The cost to replace the sheers was close to $ 1600.00. I filed a complaint with BBB, he did not respond, I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection, no response. It appears dry cleaners are not required to be licensed, so no help there. Based on some reviews here, I would guess our sheers were ruined and he just did not want to admit it. We submitted a copy of the bill for replacement , no reply. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AS YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT, IF ANYTHING YOU WILL GET BACK OR THE CONDITION IT WILL BE IN. There are too many honest dry cleaners out there that would appreciate the business. All he had to do was talk to us, explain what happened and this could have been resolved. This is an incredible company, built on servicing their clients. We use the free pick up and delivery. I have never been disappointed. I decided to review them when I realized that I had no clothes for our church Christmas party. Called Jeff and he said "bring em over!" by 3 pm I was good to go. Who does this anymore? My wife took her wedding dress into classic touch dry cleaners to have it cleaned and they talked her into having it preserved. Well months and months went by and every time we called we were told the owner "Jeff Anderson" would call back. Never got a call back. Finally had to get police involved and finally got the dress back 4 months later dirty and balled up in the bottom of the bag. No idea where the dress was that whole time. Same thing happened to a few other brides around the same time. Also my wife and a couple of the brides tried leaving 1 star reviews on google but Jeff Anderson pays to have all his negative google reviews removed. Stay away from this crook he is running a shady business. read more

Awesome! They have pick up and delivery service twice a week. My clothes don't have to live at the dry cleaners until I have time to pick them up. They also do a terrific job, especially on men's dress shirts and the prices are comparable to other, much less competant, cleaners in the area. read more

Service was nice and friendly. Everything seemed to be going fine. Until I received my clothes back. When I went to wear my favorite shirt I realized it was ruined. The collar was damaged/stained. The store said that that was already there when I turned in the shirt for dry cleaning. Not true. Will not be coming here again. read more

Absolutely fantastic service and fantastic work. They have been picking up and delivering my laundry twice a week for many months now. They never miss a pick-up/delivery day. I was looking for a pick up and delivery dry cleaning service that could service my work office. (If I put an item in my car and tell myself that "I'll stop by the dry cleaners" the item will still be sitting in my car a month later - and I'll realize this when I really REALLY need it!!!) I called Classic Touch to inquire about their services and personally spoke with the owner, Jeff. He was great to talk to and he immediately set up our account for pick up and delivery the very next day. The service was fast, accurate and beautifully done! My first transaction was 4 "press only" items that are a total pain to iron - 2 of the items I have had pressed at another dry cleaner and the result was crumpled ruffles! I'm not sure I've ever come across service this bad. Okay, so here's what happened: On their website, they have a coupon for $15 off for first-time customers. I took my duvet there to get dry cleaned and presented the coupon. The woman told me I had to give it to her when I picked up my duvet. No big deal right? Okay, so the day came for me to pick it up. I presented the coupon again. And she told me, no I had to present that before when I dropped off. The coupon was the only reason I went to them. It made them the most affordable in the area. Without it, they became the most expensive. Okay, so that was experience number one. Shame on me for going back. Couple weeks went by, and this time I brought my duvet back again. I waited while the woman rudely chatted on her cell phone and held her finger at me to wait. Once she was off her personal call, she told me she was clocking out and that someone else would have to help me. Another woman came in to help me (who complained that she was also off the clock). She looked at my duvet and said, "Oh, you can just throw that in the wash honey. You don't need to bring it here." So...if I was that business owner, I would fire someone like that. Rude and lost business. I was fully prepared to pay for my dry cleaning and she actually turned my business down. Not only will I ever go back there because of the service, but turns out, I don't even need to (thanks, classic touch). They may be classic, but they're definitely not classy. read more

Great Company! I had two dress shirts and a suit cleaned. They got stains out that I for sure had ruined them (chocolate, wine, sweat stains). Great pricing too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Pricing for all items was under $20, and they completed them in 2 days. read more

Before I found them, I used to think dry cleaning was a waste of money because my clothes would never fit me right after going through past dry cleaners. But that's not the case with Classic Touch. I've been a loyal customer for about a year now and for the past 7 months I've had the weekly pickup & delivery service to my home. During pregnancy and now with a baby it was a Godsend to have Classic Touch launder my husband's work shirts. They are super professional, take pride in their service and customer care and do a fantastic job. I've sent in so many things aside from button up shirts: hand knitted wool sweaters, an old letterman's jacket from when my mother went to high school (30+ years ago), dresses (formal and beaded), tuxes and suits... you name it, I've sent it in and I have never, not once, been disappointed... until now... I was just notified that they are having to scale down their pickup and delivery service and my area has been cut. D: I understand from the business angle that sometimes these decisions have to be made but as a customer... a very satisfied customer, I will miss you. read more

I use these guys weekly to handle all of my dry cleaning. The pickup drop off service is excellent and the staff has always been very friendly. I do have a couple of issues with the quality of the service. The plastic collar piece they use on dress shirts DESTROY the collar it ends up looking like someone smashed the collar under their shoe, so I always remove them the second they drop off and I have to iron the collars of every shirt again. My sweaters consistently come back smaller than when I sent them, quite noticeable difference. Example, I have a fitting black turtle neck. Length wise it originally came to mid zipper on my pants. After I sent it the sweater came back about 5 inches shorter and was above my belt now showing some of the undershirt. They crease flat front pants. Any dry cleaning service I have ever used has never left a crease in flat front pants since these are to be worn without a crease. Quality of service does not match price but I still use them because of the pickup/drop off. read more

I do not know what to say about this place and their staff besides excellent. I brought in 4 white uniform tops that were covered in pen marks from a bad dryer incident. They said right up front it's 50/50 but we will try. I just got them back today and they look brand new. I for sure thought they were ruined but I was sorely mistaken. Also the price they charged was 13 dollars to do all of them. I don't know how they do it but if you need stuff cleaned these are the only true professionals I would ever bring my items to. I used Classic Touch twice in the last two weeks for a company project. I dropped off 15 company branded shirts that needed pressing the first time I used them. The shirts weren't great upon inspection at the office, a few of them had distinctive wrinkles. Once the project was done, I decided to give them a second chance and I took the shirts back to be laundered, pressed and folded/bagged, with the exception of one shirt which I wanted hung. The woman who took my order was very short and dismissive of me as I was telling her what I wanted. When I went back to pick up my shirts, half of the shirts were not bagged and the same woman proceeded to get frustrated and tried to blame me. I am going back this afternoon to get the rest of my shirts. We shall see... read more

We've used Classic Touch for at least the past 4 years and I can unequivocally say, they are THE BEST in town. They are extremely reliable, professional and trustworthy and they do a fantastic job. They use excellent products and your clothes don't have their horrible chemical smell, they get stains out and they track every piece of clothing. We have recently moved from the Clearwater area and I am waiting for them to expand to the border of Oldsmar and Tampa because I can't find anyone else that does what they do. I have been using their delivery service for years. They have great customer service, (always take time to write down notes about my stains) and the drivers are very friendly!
