Sadly this company proudly talks up their high quality, which they believe that justifies the highest price service in Tampa Bay, while failing to deal with customer complaint caused by incompetent employees at their Oldsmar Plant.
After years and thousands of dollars spent with Hass's company, I took my business elsewhere, after what was an endless weekly hassle of picking up slacks that were improperly pressed.
The most ridiculous and frustrating part of this situation, was that in the computer profile of my account, it clearly stated that to put a crease in all pants.
After sending pants in with these profile notes and with notes added by clerks at the store, pants would come back wrong. In too many cases, the pants would be sent back for a "redo" and the pants would come back "WRONG AGAIN.
Now that I've been back as a customer for close to a year, this kind of crap is happening again. With my past three orders, my pants have come back incorrectly done and that a pair of my jeans that were sent back for a redo, came back wrongs again.
I am so f*cking mad about this ongoing situation happens over and over, as there's no valid reason or any excuse for this to happen. As all garments that you send have a bar code number put inside, and so when the plant worker touches your garment, the computer screen shows your profile and any notes that may be entered. Like mine that states, crease all pants to the front.
Clearly these problems are at the plant level and show incompetence from the owner, on down to the plant manager, supervisors and down to the pressers. Stop blowing your horn on Facebook, ignoring complaints posted on Facebook, and fix the issues at your plant. Start out being accountable to your paying customers and hire people who can clearly understand instructions written in plain English.
Sadly the people who have to face unhappy customers, are the employees who work at the stores. As mad as may get at Q+ Cleaners, Hass the owner, the Plant Manager, Supervisor or the IDIOTS who cannot read & follow instructions, I stay cool and always respectful with the store clerks, as they're caught in the middle of the situation.
The only thing they can do is apologize for the incident, give a 15% discount for the inconvenience. And to think that I used the 15% off coupon for these pants, from the Q+ previous screw-up, which lowered the outrageous price of $7.76, to a still overprices charge of $6.60.
Today, I'll be picking up my improperly pressed chinos, that went back to the Oldsmar plant for a redo and because of the company's track record, there's a 50 - 50 chance of being wrong again.
I have no regrets in posting my comments, as clearly the company does not honestly deal with their internal issues or responds to customers who post negative feedback on Facebook and/or Yelp.
To you Hass, I say that companies who really care about their customers, know that their actions and inactions on Facebook speak loudly about the ownership and management.
Its' time to stop being a coward, hiding behind the scenes, failing to take ownership of the good and bad, and fixing the ongoing issues that are part of your company and NEVER GET FIXED! read more
