Over 2 months ago they lost my suit. I have been going to this place every other day to see if…read morethey have found my suit. I always get the same answer, NO. When I requested a refund and compensation to replace the suit, everything went quiet. I called the central office in Tampa and explained my problem, they said they would locate my suit. Now when I call the central office they ignore my calls. This place is horrible and I suggest you find a better provider for your dry cleaning needs. I am working on taking this business to small claims court to get compensation for the loss of my suit. Stay away from this place!!!!!

A truly terrible experience…read more At the time of writing this, I've written 1,259 reviews and only have four one-stars. This will bring it to five. TL:DR My husband's shirt came back stained, one that wasn't there when he dropped off the shirts, and our comforter came back not cleaned. It's a little baffling how a dry cleaner returns a shirt with a new stain. We also brought in our king duvet insert to be cleaned and it came back with the same marks. My husband brought them both back and demanded they re-clean them. It was a week for them to clean the insert originally and we went another week without it for them to clean it again. It came back exactly the same. Maybe the stain is impossible to get out, but they didn't bother to bring it up when we picked it up the second time. At this point, we are just going to bring it to another cleaners. Reading the other reviews shows that we weren't a unique occurrence. I'm just adding in our story as another cautionary tale to go elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this dry cleaner at all costs or your clothes will…read moreget ruined. I dropped off several pieces of clothing for regular cleaning, none of which had any type of damage or stain. Not only did they stain my suit jacket, when I asked to speak with a manager, two different locations told me they had no way to call a manager. I used their own website to attempt to call a different location only for the number on their own website to be disconnected. Once I finally reached a human being that said she was a "general manager", Channely, she consistently argued with me saying I needed to bring my suit jacket in for her to evaluate if there was more that could be done to restore my suit jacket. I asked how could there be more they could do when they had put a note on the hanger saying they did the best they could....she kept attempting to reassure me to give them a chance to "make it right", to bring it in the next business day and ask for her directly. Not only did I reluctantly take it in to be "fixed", Channely refused to come out of her office to speak with me. After reluctantly leaving my suit jacket to be fixed, there was nothing but silence in spite of being told Channely would call as soon as she had evaluated the mess they had created. It was five days, and multiple attempts before finally someone responded and of course it wasn't Channely....it was Ashley, with customer service saying they had improved the stain they put in my suit jacket and she would have it ready for pick up the next day. After picking it up, yes it's better, which is ironic if they "did the best they could the first time" but the stain is still visible. This is a suit jacket that wasn't cheap, almost $300 that has been discontinued and cannot be replaced. I noticed today another suit jacket that was dropped off with that batch of dry cleaning also has the same oil/grease looking stain in it as well.
