Please DO NOT DAMAGE your clothes by this cleaners. This silk blouse was not torn when it was dropped off at this cleaner. After we picked it up and got home, we realized both underarms were torn. When we went back for and asked for explanation, they told me the blouse was already torn and that's why they didn't clean it and did not charge you for it although looked ironed on hanger and same with other clothes. That makes absolutely no sense. First of all, they counted and checked all the clothes when they were dropped off, and cleaners usually look for stains or damage before accepting items. If something is damaged, they normally point it out right away or refuse to take it. Second, even if they somehow didn't notice it at drop-off, the moment they saw the damage they should have called me to let me know they were not going to clean it. They never called.Third, when we picked up the clothes, they still said nothing about it. They only mentioned this story after we came back and confronted them. None of what they are saying makes sense. To me it's very clear that this happened while the blouse was in their possession. 10/10 recommend Majik Touch Cleaners! I dropped off a desperately needed to be dry cleaned suit jacket, following my school's awards night, and I was delighted to learn that the cost was only $11. My suit jacket was dry cleaned within the promised timeframe (about one and a half business days). The total amount came to $10.88 - that is by far the cheapest I've paid to dry clean any suit jacket, and the result was desirable. Fast service. Friendly. Brought 3 articles of clothes in for dry cleaning nothing out of ordinary wrong like a stain. So Far good service. A bit pricy for a sun dress and two pairs of shorts, but cleaners always charge more for women's clothes in my opinion. Will try them again next time we are in need of dry cleaning services. read more

I truly appreciate this cleaners store hours. I've called there before and got a very nice employee that answer my questions patiently. She also was able to do a Friday cleaning service and get it back to me in the morning Saturday. It was my own fault that I hadn't gotten my dry cleaning done sooner but then this store was able to truly help me get my husbands suit done less than 24 hours. After 3 attempts to have 3 different pairs of pants re-cleaned I asked for the owner to call. Not even sure that it was in fact the owner that called me but the person I spoke with, "Rick", is an absurd man. He called me with the demeanor of a spoiled child, like if I had damaged his clothes. Treated like a vagrant, after paying $6+ per garment over the last 3 1/2 years and I wear at least 4 dress shirts & 3 slacks per work week (I work mostly 7 days a week). This amounts to close to 182 weeks at a minimum of 5 garments per week at $6.00 per garment is $5,460.00 I've spent at his establishment only to be spoken to as if I was a problem. Two of the pants had the "color loss" issue in the same exact spots of bleach had been on someone's hands when handling or remains of bleach on a table or press. On pair was black with an orange stain and the other pair, silver had the same orange stain in the same spot. The 3rd pair was gray & was stained green as if some chemicals had stained the slacks. The last two pants, separate from the 3 in question, serviced looked like a 3 year old creased them. Their post spot employee/s should be released or retrained at minimum. I looked up their business license and it's under "reinstatement pending". Then he has the audacity to tell me that after he finds, on the Internet, what my pants value is he'll issue a check and shall no longer be able to service my needs. I had a Bubble Gum colored shirt and an older pair of slacks that were damaged previously and made zero deal of those. They way that these clothes have been returned since February of this year made me over their services. $180 check was given to me for the 3 items & Not the first time my clothes were damaged. Been doing business here for 10 plus years. Nice owners, most of their employees aren't so nice, but, you deal with it. What do you expect courtesy. Barely, biggest complaint most of the employees smoke. But yesterday was the topper. The associate obviously misunderstood my order and then raised her voice at me and wanted to argue. I got upset I yelled back. Then after I left, I went back and apologized to her and said I would give her another chance to make it right. Today she told me that the owners said take it or leave it. With that attitude I'll leave. 10 plus years as a customer gone. I'll never go back. read more

I wish there was a 0 rating, this location has INCREDIBLY terrible customer service, the attendant has NO business working with the public. It's dirty and there is another dry cleaners less than 1/2 mile east thats AWESOME. I cant judge their work, I didn't leave my clothes there, I left the mean and nasty attendant, I'm sure she was thrilled not to have to move to checkin my laundry bag FULL of dry cleaning. I asked to speak to the owner, she said there wasn't one. I called their Dale Mabry location to complain about this Lutz location, I haven't received a call back from the owner yet, its been over a week. I guess there service is company wide. read more

Came here a few times since I didn't want to dry clean out in South Tampa anymore since I live next door, after a few visits they tore one of my Express shirts from the back and blamed it on the brand when I have never had this happen in the last 5 years of dry cleaning different types of dress shirts at different dry cleaners. They still made me pay for my total and did nothing about this, they just want their money. read more
